An Emergency Call to the General Welfare of the United States of America
Dear Friends, Colleagues, Patriots, All Peoples,
I am Karen Ben-Moyal, a candidate embracing a new era of politics in our heraclation universe to rebuild the broken system; built OF the people who created it; sacrificed FOR us, who have always owned it, to inherit. Our governing system was founded upon the principles which define the laws of nature, protected and designated by our shared values as human beings— Written on the prospect that, “All men are created equal,” including congressmen and congresswomen. Therefore, all Americans whom believe in promoting faith, prosperity, peace, and the People’s voice in policy making, should be secured by our elected representatives, and these principles lived and guided by us, should be able to withstand and adapt to the times, in our own era, and unto our posterity. Emphasis on the governing system written into a contract or constitution, fought for and won by way of a people’s revolution, to be maintained, or checked and balanced, BY us— the people, or those of whom invented our governing system, those of whom share our values and need our voices heard individually and collectively —— for the principle of power in our government and in nature has always belonged to us, the people, and must continue to be run by us— in the local, state, and federal levels of our Union.
However,
The current polarized political party system is falling on the swords of the modern-day INDEPENDENT Americans; for among these independent individuals are the keys— whose unity, faith, dignity, and courage to vote by way of securing the independence we as Americans share unto posterity is now of up most importance— so long as independent voters reunite and remain strong enough to unlock a brand new reform in our age — by changing the way we vote to align with the pure origins and ideologies which won all victories for ours and all Free, independent Republics; Those of which can fight another battle during our time, for our nation’s Constitutional values to be remembered and restored, for future of all Americans and people’s world wide.
When it comes to keeping the flames of Liberty alive at home & taking advantage of any opportunity to spread the wings of the American Eagle abroad— we need recognize the focus of maintaining our rights at home for future generations;
May our millennial generation guide our union in efficiently utilizing Her infinite potential, thereby promoting abundant peace at home and abroad; whenever we can, because we can—-if we will it, it will be.
By working to resolve and Diminish the harmful effects caused by the political party system which control the current American govt. — we aim to order and ignite the ceasing of the negative/worthless political strategies brought forth in the past few decades by incompetent elitist leaders and a beyond corrupt election system.
By defying and defining the causes underlying the reasons for the dangerous resolutions and destructive uprisings of the most corrupt legislative body the US has seen in its own existence—- brought forth increasingly every 2-4 years, leading out of the 20th century’s Twilight years and into the millennium and our presently ever-changing, modern world.
We aim to examine and restructure our polarized system of govt.’s establishment by calling out the elite powers controlling our current US system & political environment; and any and all factors included which have led our nation into the dawning of an era of mass corruption, failed political leaders and policies, most of which have slid by undetected and thus have become the stereotypical norm for 21st century candidates who continue to be elected into the US House & Senate by, of, and for the people; those of whom no longer uphold Constitutional principles, nor share the interests & values of the American citizen; thus misrepresenting the majority of America’s people who have been silenced throughout the course of events described before and during this critical time in history.
We must identify the significance of all future federal American elections, and stay close all whom hold democratic ties with our nation — and must continue to look out tor those suffering from government enslavement abroad; those of whom still hope for democracy to purify their lives—- one day—
If we can be free to think for ourselves and vote by way of virtue and not greed — if only we can bring back the power of the individual today as it were in 1787, independence and the freedom to pursue happiness will reach us again, and extend beyond our borders to spread the ripple effects of liberty to those across continents who just as deservedly, can only wish to reach their own destiny in our lifespans—For all inhabitants across our shores. If Within we can unite as One Under G-d, for the betterment of mankind, and for ourselves— to preserve our natural laws in love and light, created equal in the eyes of our Universal Maker and under the transparent laws originated as 10-613 commandments, to bond tightly together and amongst our shared covenant, the natural laws we all abide by in daily life, a covenant unbroken for the promise of a miracle left unspoken — unless we stand up for what’s right in our own country when we see the divide— for our posterity is but us —& ourselves in them – Once seen upon our shining city on a hill are now mere shadows — embracing the light , which can and will continue to carry all of what encompasses our once free and outstanding Republic — We must fight to defend our will — our right to prosper , To live on — in eternal might from the light which stems from a single candle — to burn away the corruption and the darkness, from now unto infinity — from sea to shining sea, from Our Milky to the Andromeda—
May the torch of liberty be cherished forever and for good, in holy sparks she shines by way of ancient glory, bridging the divide of past and present, man and woman, white and black, For our duty is buried deep within This same path: For the future is built upon the stones of our generational prosperity and faith. Independent in thought, life, & in space— Yet we stand United in time, in courageous acts to pursue our fate:

As the leaders of a global enterprise, we cannot let down our Maker, our brethren and sisters round the world — nor our sacred constitutional contract — for
It has always been written in the stars , since Big Bang, the first day of creation, the first ray — Each individual American, the voters of democratic nations — must remember to keep all human rights sacred —-if we are to restore and fulfill our collective duty as American millennials we are the future leaders of a monarchical, broken republic falling upon our own walls.
Keeping in mind,
The constitution does not guarantee our happiness, only the pursuit thereof, Thus, our future is up to us entirely— it is already in our nature and in our blood as Americas youth, to strive for revolution— to be fought and won for of and by the people — Our peoples revolution has only just begun —

Through perseverance, sheer will, love, driven along by the hope we must keep lit, alive—- only through our unity we may REbuild the strength, may we build our future through ancient glory guided by the footsteps of our ancestors and by G-d Almighty —
With our sacred and frail freedoms, we choose to Fight for independence and justice for all—- as is our mission statement;
For the sake of our freedoms, which are only eternal if we can uphold as we all envision —
To keep Our responsibilities as citizens of a free nation strong in our hearts, foR our freedom to govern amongst ourselves must be KEPT, for the foundation of our house and our senate so divided — was built upon the sacrifice and faith of our brave ancestors.
And as we move past America’s most corrupt election cycle, in Texas elections and states across the country —
May we remember to heed the significance of the promise of a rainbow — if we look up we know it to be written in the diamond night sky, further assurance that together — we can fulfill our purpose as American citizens born of the free.
May we seek these self evident truths, which are eternal, if we open ourselves up up to seeing and doing them—-both in strife and uphill climb of our life’s challenges, & through the triumphant times as well—
May our generation break down the barriers which have brought America to her lowest level in time—- may we be the generation to choose to push her back up alongside her allies round the world —- lift off for all man and womankind, — to and past the moon — one day, to infinity and Mars.
Finally,
May we be the light I see in all of us, in all of you, for our posterity to glow in and one day embrace — our future is truly within the psalms of our hands.
May our Maccabean spirit leap reborn in our days, as of old. For the future of all of us, is still within the PSALMS of our hands. Don’t. Let. Go.

Elaborating on the above quote and in observing many of GEORGE WASHINGTON’S WISE WORDS throughout his amazing life and career: Washington constantly WARNED THE PEOPLE OF THE USA OF THE DANGERS AND ULTIMATE FAILURE AND DESTRUCTION WHICH COULD RESULT OF A NATION BUILT UPON ELECTING THEIR LEADERS THROUGH A POLITICAL PARTY SYSTEM, SPOKEN LOUD AND CLEAR IN HIS CLOSING REMARKS OF HIS BRILLIANT FAREWELL ADDRESS on a SATURDAY of SEPTEMBER 17, 1796. This day is of significance as it later became known as Constitution Day, which was enacted into an official national holiday for the purpose of educating our congressmen and congresswomen, our children, ourselves, over the fundamental Principles and policies of our nations founding documents, which have since made us the first free nation in the world. Not only have we ignored this age old warning over the times, today’s American government has spun backwards in time—- towards a more monarchical system —- as opposed to the more perfect union we should all strive for, as a nation of free individuals with shared values, and as citizens of a leading global enterprise— built for, of, and by the people—-A UNITED PEOPLE, Under G-d.
We must stop ignoring the problem, as it only worsens and weakens us as individuals in our daily lives, it negatively impacts everyone who has the ability to think an original thought and not depend on a clique or group to be confident in themselves as strong men and women most American citizens are. We are the majority, getting killed by an embarrassing minority sitting on high horses year after year until our elected officials die, retire, know that the opposing party candidate will beat them in their next election, (Aka the “congressional retirement plan,” of the elite whom deserve the least for what they sow– & yet still get away with— apparently — in Americas 21st century),” or those of whom decide they’ve stolen enough money from the tax paying citizens who pay and vote them in with nothing in return, no matter how many times you try to do a task that never works, it is most likely because it does not work by nature. Thus, early retirement for the arrogant monarchs disguising themselves as saints and “leaders,” are nothing but puppets who follow the rest of their party herd to the slaughter if necessary to live out their whole lives on the back of citizens who’ve become slaves in our nation built of, for and by the people, and the rest of the world, our children, posterity pays for America’s major 2 party elite system because of our carelessness at the ballots and cluelessness of all people surrounding a typical US election system. Unfortunately, our age is facing head on, these negative effects caused by the biggest threat to our country today. Tyrants never rose to power by way of campaigning for the job of dictator—- they were carelessly voted in by people’s who’d all but forgotten to take care of our freedoms, and now is the time We the people must rise above the monarchs, before the power of the people becomes totally obsolete. We the people invented America and we the people make her prosper. We the people are the solution to our biggest domestic threat. If not now, when? If not us, who? It’s time for the free thinkers and independent minds whom drive our innovative system in a lesser than free market. Calling all eagle warriors and rebels of our generation— to stand up for what’s right, unite ourselves and take responsibility for our civil duties. After all, we are the sons and daughters of sacrifice, bravery, and patriot dreams. Take back the power of the individual on our own governing system, take back the power of the people from the hands of our enslavers, before it’s too late— “if we will it, it will be. If we will it, it is no dream.” -Theodore Hertzl, founder and engineer/architect of the State of Israel born anew in 1948
Together, we can win our own revolution, for if we are to purify the destruction of our nations broken house, we must first rebuild our own temple, and our national government so deeply divided—- before we can establish justice in our own lives for ourselves and posterity — for the purpose of spreading our own freedoms across the seas, around the moon, to shine on in igniting the perpetual flame of liberty born with us and reborn with all of us, to truly boomerang our biggest problem off the face of the earth, in order to form a more perfect union for us and then the world, a ripple effect which may live on perpetually, for the darkest corners of our globe to feel the effects of our people’s revolutionary war— WON by the people, won for the people, won of the people. We are strong and party people are weak. We are independent by ourselves and united we are even stronger. The parties will fall on themselves with or without our interference, but I’ll be damned if any tyrant attempts to fall on me— on all of us.

Seasons: Told for the Ages
A collection of sonnets, haiku’s, and poems written by Karen Ben-Moyal throughout the Year of life, aka 20CHAI, or by Gregorian Calendar known as: The Year 2018. If you really meditate on these words, you may be able to recognize some of the hidden messages depicting the true meanings behind the stories told from generations unto generations; Also shown through the writings are the meanings behind Nature’s changing seasons; Finally, the distorted reasons for the start of holidays and festivals which continue to be celebrated to this day are made abundantly more clear by the more accurate distinctions made by the writer of these sonnets, in honor of restoring justice to the most ancient civilizations of the world and bridging the glory that connects our modern societies to the never changing, permanent laws of nature; new and old.

Exodus: A New Seder (Order) of the Ages
Witnessing these phenomena
unintentionally and collectively, all creatures to this day remain in awe
of knowledge that resonates within The flames of justice, discovery of where they are held
can infuse the light over dark
the keys to the door of answers, locked away for the ancestors
of the brave
who fought for the freedoms we share
within each individuals core,
is the admittance of a truth increasingly hard for some,
mainly the weak minded,
to ever bare
as seen literally when one takes a glance
at Lady Liberty with her torch
lighting the way towards the salvation of the rest of all the nations
from sea to shining sea
She Serves as the marker
the emblem our hearts will forever long
Old glory in all her might is the life force
the drum which fuels the world we share
In song;
Shone through wisdom
batting the veil of one’s inner eye
is the key which unlocks the box Pandora cannot play
Peace through strength
is only possible when the forces of nature agree in spirit and in body
Mankind and trees sync to conduct the freest trade ever known
for the elements of the universe must combine
to produce prosperity, but one without the other cannot do it alone
to equalize the air we breathe, and the water which gives life
to the partners above and below
sea level, that is
CO2 and O2 share the wave lengths
Even on an axis
filled with planets
in stagnantly constant cycles of “mysterious” retrograde
Red, white, and blue
is to a shark
as is to the warriors of Mankind
to defend Her counterparts
Her brothers and sisters without a voice
Are chanted by way of God Light and Will to achieve the beliefs envisioned by a Higher Command
for the most precious way we could ever repay Adonai
We Thank God for these blessings
And the few who have the platform to preserve and promote
Forsaken in a covenant bound long ago
cannot be forgotten
even in our modern times we must recall ancient glory of our ancestors and past legends of triumph
The sun, moon, stars, fire, wind, life itself
Here’s to those who choose to fulfill this purpose
Here’s to those who even make it to realizing it
the majority will never be fully aware
until they Realize we all walk and swim
the same terrain
growing from the same seed
the roots which stem into coral reefs
the wounds of heroes past are really present
those who know this are given the challenge
the responsibility to uphold these natural laws
for the betterment of all
is to live in a globe with harmony at its fingertips
A land where ambitious dreams sprout into realities
just As the caterpillar meditates while in transformation
The butterfly in all of us wants to shine
All societies, all ecosystems together Live on to sing
A love song which intertwines
forever orchestrating colonies
of revolutionary times
birds and humanity
march to this same beat
Just as an ocean gathers all water in the end of its reign
Nature and the Laws which protect Her
Divine
Soothing
Breathtaking
carpe diem
seize the days of our existences
utilize this awareness to reach the means
the means to an end we all wish for
to spread our wings that only freedom brings
our feathers are the flight paths which open the hidden doors to expose
the truest understanding is recognized when traveling in the way of these truths
A unique flight for each organism
Yet one in the same
The colors of the wind
share the same flame
as the waters and as the stratosphere are painted by artists
who abide by the law founded at all life’s beginnings
the seeking of true happinesses
can only be found by reaching the destiny of those who will it to be done
if the tune of a war drum
is silenced
through recognition
trial and error
through admittance
encouraging the significance of the colors
the rain that falls
and the bow that shoots
the arrows of justice
ensuring completion to another hard earned redemption
the end and start of another pursuit
Another storm came and went
whether it be for our successful harvests
whether the will
the gift of rebirth is to the dawning of time and space
is to the ever changing senses
of the human race
we have more than 5 senses, one could argue our senses are infinite
through meditation and killing all fear
our mind body and souls reproduce
when the dusk has fallen to the moon
the opposition of forces all around us
march to a rhythm for life to go on
Sounding the notes of light and of happiness
The bells of freedom ring
the rising sun is a daily sign
the law of attraction is inherited within
for hope to come back to us once more
to overcome the battles and finally win the next war
another step in the ladder conquered by those
who choose to honor
the home of the brave is a promise meant to be kept
whoever intends to fight for this universal right
whether youre a mermaid or merman
whether you’re a liberal or republican
his Land was made for You
And for me
crown thy good in all your endeavors
Beauty is the most colorful when the grains of sand
which separate world cultures and histories
And yet connect us all
we must unite to fulfill the duty we all have to the Creator of all this magic here on Earth
The lending of a hand
is the motion which rotates us to reprimand
this notion
Bizarre most will die without receiving the true essence of it all
The few will stand in unity and rise against any who wish for our fall
The future of all of us is truly
in our fins, wings, in the leaves of our branches, and
in the PSALMS of our hands.

Twilight: Tu’BShevat
The signals painted in daily oppositions
Such as the moon and sun
each rising to signify the Day and the Night
revealed by the shadows of our choices and our futures determined
by this conquest to seek within ourselves
Distinguished fates chosen by ourselves
Our Creator gifts us with these beauties
the choice to fulfill His covenants
Our decisions are pierced
By way of urification or by way of fear
Will your soul and mind and body unite in times of strife?
Relayed by our actions
All truths will signal freedom by daylight
so long as doubt and fear of doubt are eliminated within ourselves to wander in child like curiosity
our inner eye lies in the realm between this light and darkness
the guiding force which gives you all life’s toughest answers
the ability to see clearly is obtained in between the changes of charges ofW energy
what is wrong and what is right
The rarest of gifts are only found in the twilight,
for the twilight is always the signal that youre on the right track
towards the greatest destiny of yourself and our world
Our energies are embedded within the twilight
Within the mysterious interchanging of events which do not seem to attract
unless you focus your microscope on a higher learning you only acquire
through the notice of the dawning
the true essence of the end
the meanings behind the signals givin rise
lies with the twilight
awakening your senses in seconds, before and afrer the dusk
the twilight is the best friend you rarely get to see
The friend you trust with everything you are
The most cherished being you would give your life for
the partner made in heaven, literally side by side His command is where your earthly vessel chooses to stand
under the most divine order of them all,
Your wish, His Command,
His wish, My command,
the friend you can soar with, the purest Amigo you can always count on for your answers and guidance and forgiveness when you ask
the friend you choose to trust with your life and well being at all costs
The best friend you owe,
at the very least,
to honor this trust, the mutual feeling
must go both ways
your relations must become balanced equally,
tied together by strength and mostly the love
the love your best friend has for you, the genuine enthusiasm our ROck never loses
As Hashem wishing you and all His children to succeed
Because We are his Best Friends
and He is ours
Even if you never come to realize this
Even if you die before you can see
Your existence is transcribed by natures law
No matter your color gender religion nor species
together you work to fulfill all greater good,
even if not realized at first, the effects of your bond
will have an impact on the freedoms to come for those who have yet to be able to choose,
those who lack this freedom will eventually be redeemed,
your efforts to strengthen the relationship and closeness you share with your best friend,
In the case anyone else may assume differently,
I am justifying God as having the potential to one day become your best friend in your eyes,
for in God’s eyes we are all his most cherished friends,
His children livin by way of His command
Choose your best friend wisely,
if my advice counts for something, I would argue
that by instilling your trust in your Maker, maximizing this trust symbiotically until it is forever,
because He deserves your trust in return, In God, I trust, In God, we should all trust,
just as much
as your best friend has for you.
eliminate all your fears, let your soul harmonize,
trust the twilight to give you the vision needed in real time,
you must look further beyond the now to continue down the righteous road, all the secrets to climbing the mountains to summmit
is given more than you know.
The twilight which shines in between all matter and all waves
as energy travels through the elements of the universe, blood water air ether heat fueled by a rising sun and explosions of fire in the night skies and upon the.eaethly plains come spring time
wind, Ruach, ruach, ruach fueled by Yareach
An ancient thesis combined with glory in the flesh and soul, the blood pumping your heart and your every motion
Red and blue running through our veins
Because Old Glory is birthed and Rebirthed through an eternal energy travelling at the same spe3d of a v6ssel of li9ght
To burn away the Earth’s darkest corners
Should be the torch holders of liberty’s greatest delight
Because one can only hear the thunder roaring within ones own body and mind
In nature and in spirit G-d speaks through the rhythm of the boom
The big bang which first lit up a universe of absolute nothingness
Let there be Light, G-d Said. And so there was A beam.which lived and reproduced by way of upholding the Wisdom of G-ds Earth below and soaring into the Heavens above
The ocean blue waves by way of the radiance and the Ruach which is blown
Through a vessel — a Horn of Salvation — to make itself known
To keep G-d close at all times
Through struggle and strife only the moon face may heat and see
The visions which come from patriot dreams up above the clouds and stream from Rivers carried by and throughout the fish in the sea
invisible is only the light which cannot be seen to the naked human eye
However our hearts and cosmic memories can find
The ripples of our own blood turn from blue to red then multiply and may divine
By way of Old glorys natural colors
As these may only shine from within
Planted into the root of our gut
The fire sparked by an eternal flame
To be kept lit unto all time
From generation to generation
Tis our unfulfilled duty as Americans and any citizen living in the free
To work towards completing the Genesis
The end of G-ds Creation
Our end goal to be
The exiles of all those whose senses and sight, whose flame and candle remain unseen
A rebirth of Shabbat — Shabbat Shalom Olam, Hashem, kol haolam, one day. For the future descendants of You and Me.
THE flight which begins and ends in perplexed shapes
Formed within the bud of every flower
the seeds of our destinies began at an end
as above and so below
our souls long to comprehend
for unity and for shared peace
our inner fire fuels all organisms to grow
once their inner eye truly sees the mountains yet to be reached, the mountains drawn in white snow..
Until then my friends of the earth and the seas,
embrace the Feelings shown by the rays
given by the aqua when pressed against your skin,

Happy thanksgiving!!!! Thanksgiving is sacred all yr round, how unfortunate is it that so many take the meaning of what the meaning and the history of it all meant to our forefathers, So to the pilgrims who broke bread with us the first thanks giving, and so to the Lord we gave thanks, the Native Americans, the refugees escaping the imposition during the Spain Golden Age, the mass persecution, exiled, The Inquisition of Galileo and Michaelangeko and Davincis time, where Galileo and Socrates met their fate imprisoned and tortured alongside the Jews and all non-church-worshippers. The defenders of Elohim, G-d Almighty, were the victims of 1492, 527 years later, we are their redeemers. To keep this at a lighter note, ill specify the important dots to lead you to connect: Those who were brought by naval ships and explored the seas, back-and-forth for freedom, just to find & create a New world, a world of fantasy, built upon the minds of dreamers and carried through the hope that never dies within the hearts of true faith— believers in G-d, the brave who chose their Creator over man, and died for the country they once called their home. Still, a new world did exist in real life. Because Hashem only creates our thoughts and dreams out of our souls longing and cosmic experiences handed down by the ancients. Chanukah: the Dawning of the Feast of Lights
Through a shared purpose we once sought, in houses divided, through struggle and triumph we are found; for the greatest of rewards are received through faith beyond belief; sealed in the unity of brother/sister hood, the dream worth the wait; a union indivisible for the rest of our days, And so we give eternal thanks— as we acknowledge the blessings we know to be true, our rivers which flowed from opposite streams, we return to the waves of love turning the tides which roll into the vast ocean blue. Never again will we be torn apart, we are aware that our fates- our G-d – shall ever more bring to bloom. Irrigated into the purity of our hearts, together we’ve burned away the darkness, our rays illuminated all the shadows of doubt, casted away to the depths of the ocean floor.
A great miracle however, was to take lead of the downwards course of events; the cause of justice soared steadily throughout the lands and seas of ancient Judea, and this cause led to the start of A great miracle.
Thus, before we even realized it ourselves,
Israel watched, alongside the entire world,

A Great Miracle Happened;

The miracle of rekindling the most sacred of bonds; as children of the Maccabees, Bretheren and sisters of mankind. With our ancestors watching over our shoulders from the starry skies, and G-d Almighty guiding His whole universe in the way of His light, meant to lead us out of darkness since the world literally began.
United, We still Stand, in our ancient glory, through seemingly eternal leaps of faith. Through this determination, and With The Hope — although frail — we will never lose site of the vision our ancestors, who could see the radiance in a world of utter despair. Living in a world of slavery, exile, and total darkness, the Maccabean spirit was set free by the brave of our past, as it lept out beneath the shadows of our caves of persecution, where we hid from our enslavers until we no longer would. In triumphant strength, did the Maccabees battle and win an impossible war, for freedom and justice prevailed for the first time in thousands of years, for the first time recorded in history as a matter of fact. Our people would be free, for the moment, at least, oh what a miraculous thing it is–to be able to watch and understand, that a single candle can light up a room of darkness, even when it is out-numbered in its shine, and even when we are out-armed, 100, or 9 ,to 1. Through the Strength of Our Almighty Creator, the Hand of G-d Prevailed over tyranny, even in our world’s gloomiest hours, when the rebels of the BCE chose to act on the gut of their warrior souls. And it worked, it always works, it always will work. For, we’ve survived.
Only through This same Hope, can our spirits be kept alive; Through a shared purpose we once sought, in houses divided. A connection in The Atmospheric World of Faith Beyond Belief, connects all the living, keeping us alive is one another and The Hope which gives all life on Earth, the strongest-felt attribute that humans share, it stems from G-d’s Mercy for His People to seek out in the worst moments of Despair. So, too, the creatures gliding beneath our toes, are connected to our livelihood. For, our survival, too, depends on this same life-stream.
Never again will we be torn apart, we are aware that our fates belong to and exist for the sole purpose of, learning from miracles and riding them into a more peaceful union, brought by Our G-d, as only the Creator of All of Us could bring such love, riding On the Miracles, just as the wisdom of G-d held onto the first beam of light to survice out of darkness, soon turned into the first flower to bloom. Irrigated through the systems we create on our paths, alongside one another we celebrate our festivals of light with one another, to recognize the miracles of each and every single day is such a gift and a blessing. The breath we breathe is magic in itself, and the heart that beats within our chests, is too, so clever, so impossible. Yet, the beat of this drum ancient, no modern technology needed for it to function at its greatest potential– As this is the same which brought our universe into existence, out of a blackhole of darkness. When, for the first time, out of a bang and in less than a millisecond did out whole creation take form. For, when G-d saw that,
There Could Be Light, There was Light. There is Light, Let There Be Light.
And thus, the impossible occured at the origins of our species as a whole. It is our duty to utilize this same spirit of freedom, that of which seems brightest during the most wonderful time of the year. Through the courage and purity in our hearts, old, new, and those yet-to-come, May we come together as one. Now and for the rest of the year, and all the years after that For, we know for certain we’ve burned away the deepest of darkness before. When our rays illuminated all the shadows of doubt, they were cast away long before we ever knew what reached at the deptyhs of the ocean floor. Although this mystery still remains to this day, we are more aware now, in understanding and in knowledge, of our universal landscape and all it encompasses, we were always meant to push away the darkness for all of us, so that the next generation may live to be free, and wander onto Mars during their lifespan: For, our battle to set footprints on the moon was once won, and fought for by those who came before us, those that made it possible and a reality, for us to be inspired by within our own age. It is necessary we give back more than we take, for what would there be to live for if we could not climb to be better, each and every day.
So too, will the candles of freedom burn away the darkness, that which lasted 8 days and 7 nights—once, “In the beginning,” when G-d created the universe in seven days. And again, when our perpetual torch of liberty needed to be kept alive in 160’s BCE, and forever. Even when our oil should have only lasted one night, G-d brought us Miracles, one after the other, in patterns over the ages.
When G-d brought His rebel-warriors the rays of light casted by the sun, the moonlight shot like an arrow down to Earth, and vice versa, unto the stars and planets lightyears away; This magic can be seen with the naked eye when viewing the crescent moon each month—as the Earthshine reflection can be seen as the outline of darkness filling out the rest of the circle of the moon, it is the reflection of Earth’s beams shining back at the moon, causing a shadow to form over the rest of the moon, or according to Leonardo DaVinci, Earthshine is what we see up on the tiny-looking crescent. Thus, it has always been that all across space-time, we are all, at some point, lost. However, it is up to us to be found.
Finally, we give thanks to the Almighty, our greatest strength; through all the strife that continues to bring us to the summit of timely achievements in life. After every climb is a rocky bottom. But even in our time spent at the depths of the ocean, we will find—An invaluable lesson to be learned, yet is hidden beneath the lava and coals at Earth’s Core. If we will it, however, it will be. If we will it, it is no dream. So, too, even during our time spent in darkness, whether it be for long or short, may Your human beings eventually find the tools required to rebuild your world anew, in every age. As each of our individual paths are necessary to fulfilling a purpose so much greater than all of us. We, the People, are forever grateful, Adonai. You are My Rock, You are Our Rock. You are My Redeemer, You are Our Redeemer, I will forever hold your commandements close to my heart, soul, mind, and body. The signals painted in daily oppositions
Such as the moon and sun
Each rising to signify the Day and the Night
Revealed by the shadows of our choices and our futures
Determined by this conquest
To seek within ourselves
Distinguished fates chosen by ourselves
Our Creator gifts us with these beauties
The choice to fulfill
His covenants
Our decisions are pierced
By way of purification or by way of fear
Will your soul and mind and body unite in times of strife?
Relayed by our actions
All truths will signal freedom by daylight
So long as doubt and fear of doubt are eliminated within ourselves to wander in child like curiosity
Our inner eye lies in the realm between this light and darkness
The guiding force which gives you all life’s toughest answers
The ability to see clearly is obtained in between the changes of charges of energy
What is wrong and what is right
The rarest of gifts are only found in the twilight,
For the twilight is always the signal that youre on the right track
Towards the greatest destiny of yourself and our world
For Our energies are embedded
Within the twilight
Let it burn, let it shine, may this flame of life ignite

Dear All Whom Exist in Nature,
At this point in our time, I thought it best to clear up a few things, for the mutual benefits that come with open minded cooperation and sincerity.
Second, the intensity of the enemy directed against the Mideast’s only democracy is unexplainable on any rational basis.
First of all, let’s get this out of the way: Criticizing Israel/Zionist is anti-Semitic, and saying otherwise is vile and a flat out LIE. In other worlds, singling out Israel for condemnation and international sanction—out of all proportion to any other party in the Middle East—is anti-Semitic, and not saying so is dishonest.
OUR NEWS OUTLETS AND GOVERNMENT FUNDED EDUCATION CLASSROOMS have casual, full class discussions, write papers, make money off of these lies, etc.
You see it becoming a problem on both sides of the political spectrum.. becoming more and more dangerous. The Jews have never had a true safe place to go, hence the reestablishment of the State of Israel in 1948. THIS intense hatred is just another important reason the people of Israel NEEDS a safe home, a strong friend and ally, and a land of their own to build and become economically happy and independent in life. Isn’t that what we all want? Israel’s existence ensures that their liberty, which our American counterparts want so badly to strip from other human beings, is NOT misvalued, nor is it kept only for themself but spread and promoted throughout the heavily tyrannical middle east. With another up and coming free democracy on America’s side– both on account of our shared values and shared policy making, our bilateral cooperative efforts have only mutually benefited the two nation states and the rest of the world…and should perhaps be examined a bit closer. As a friend once said, “Israelis and Palestinians have exactly the same free speech rights: they may both condemn the Israeli prime minister and praise the leader of Hamas.”
One of The biggest problems with our education system today is that the lies are told so enthusiastically and the truth is dull or blatantly ignored.
Energizing free thinkers > Spewing unoriginal propaganda and “tired” media “political opinions.”
This sheep behavior is growing on all sides of the political spectrum unfortunately.
Over the last 70 years, no nation in the world has contributed more per capita to the general welfare of the people of this planet than Israel. Israel has exported more lifesaving medical technology to the far-flung corners of the earth than any nation of comparable size. It has done more to protect the environment; to promote literature, music, and the arts and sciences; For a tiny nation of a little more than six and a half million citizens (approximately 5.3 million of whom are Jewish and 1.3 million are Muslim and Christian Arabs) living in an area roughly the size of New Jersey, Israel has proportionally more enemies than any nation on earth. No nation has been threatened more often with divestment, boycotts, and other sanctions. No nation has generated more protests against it on college and university campuses. No nation has been targeted for as much editorial abuse from the worldwide media. No nation has been subjected to more frequent threats of annihilation. No nation has had more genocidal incitements directed against its citizens. It is remarkable indeed that a democratic nation born in response to a decision of the United Nations should still not be accepted by the U.N., and so many countries, groups, and individuals. Over the past 71 years, no nation has contributed more per capita to the general welfare of the people of this planet than Israel. Israel has exported more lifesaving medical technology to the far-flung corners of the earth than any nation of comparable size. It has done more to protect the environment; to promote literature, music, and the arts and sciences; and to spread agricultural advances. Its scientists and engineers have secured more patents and its high-tech entrepreneurs more new listings on NASDAQ than any but the largest nations in the world. Its academics have won more international prizes, published more papers, and achieved more technological breakthroughs than any other nation of comparable size. Its students have been accepted at more elite graduate and professional schools than those of other small countries. And Israel has learned and taught others how to fight terrorism within the rule of law. Israel has created a legal system that is the envy of the world, with a Supreme Court that stands at the pinnacle of democratic judiciaries—a court open to all with few, if any, restrictions on its jurris dasfsdiction.

The U.N. Delusion
United Nations = Democracy of Tyrants
The Preamble to the United Nations Charter states that it was created to “to save succeeding generations from the scourge of war, promote fundamental human rights, the equality of women and economic and social progress.” from its founding in 1945 to date… The United Nations has not only failed to champion these ideals, it is actively destroying them — under the guise of tolerance, idealism, multiculturalism and peace.
The United Nations has closed its eyes to invasions, tolerated genocide and accepted injustice. “Where there is tyranny it is timid, but where there is freedom it is vicious.” It knows no law but power, and it knows no justice but accommodation with a totalitarian majority. In the past this majority was assembled by the USSR and its vassal states. Today the totalitarian majority answers to the dictates of the Organization of the Islamic Conference.
On June 26, 1945, the representatives of 50 nations met and signed the treaty that created the United Nations. The Republic of China, the first nation to sign, exists now only as an isolated chain of islands, abandoned by its former allies and shut out at the UN. The nation that has taken its seat is the People’s Republic of China, a Communist dictatorship responsible for the deaths of 40 million of its own people. The UN’s treatment of the first signatory to its charter is representative of how the politicization of its laws and the degradation of its principles have undermined the founding ideals of this organization. UN Resolution 2758 mandated the expulsion of the Republic of China “for the protection of the Charter of the United Nations and for the cause that the United Nations must serve under the Charter.”2* The nation that put forward this resolution replacing a founding member with a Communist dictatorship was the Socialist People’s Republic of Albania, another Communist dictatorship, which kept its own labor camps and tortured political prisoners, and whose economy was heavily subsidized by the People’s Republic of China. The resolution barred the first signatory to the UN Charter from ever reapplying for membership in the international organization – officially in the name of protecting the UN Charter, but actually in the name of protecting the territorial ambitions of the People’s Republic of China and the political alliance of The USSR, the second signatory, was already responsible for the murder of tens of millions through its program of ethnic cleansing and mass repression. Its signature on the Charter did not alter its policies. Its gulags did not close as a result; its armies did not pull back from captive nations. A number of the 50 original signatories were already on the verge of being made satellites of the Soviet Empire. The 51st, Poland, was delayed from joining the 50 by a Soviet-backed Communist takeover. Even as the ink was drying on a charter of world peace, the second signatory to that charter was forging the chains that would bind a tenth of the other signatories into a totalitarian empire. In the two months after the UN treaty signing in San Francisco, the signatories would issue new declarations of war, drop nuclear weapons and fight civil wars. It was a reminder that very little had changed or would change: that for all the idealistic sentiments of its Charter, the UN was an affirmation….
From 1975-1979, the Khmer Rouge Communist Party carried out one of the bloodiest reigns of terror in the second half of the 20th century, causing the deaths of millions. During and after this “Cambodian Genocide,” the UN Security Council did not issue a single resolution, nor recognize the event as a major atrocity, resulting in 1.671 and 1.871 million deaths in total, or 21 to 24 percent of Cambodia’s population at the time. While millions were dying, the UN occupied itself with condemning the Israeli expulsion of the Sharia judge of Hebron and the United States for allowing former members of the Rhodesian government to enter the country. In fact, it is significant to note that was not UN action but the Vietnamese invasion that finally put an end to the worst of the Pol Pot’s terror. The United Nations, after being approached by the Cambodian government nearly two decades later, finally got down to the task of trying some of those involved for genocide.
In 2011, one of the most hateful events took place when the United Nations met in a city with the second largest Jewish population in the world. Soon after the anniversary of the 9/11 massacre of three thousand Americans almost a decade prior, the United Nations General Assembly recognized the existence of a Palestinian state. Even though the Gaza half of that proposed state was not only governed by the Hamas terrorist regime and their donors, it also had and still has an infamous charter calling for the destruction of Israel and the genocide of the Jewish people. Events that unfolded that September were just more reminders to the world that the United Nations is not only a biased organization, but that it is a conspiracy of tyrants and terrorists.
And finally there is the instance of the UN Kenya office which resettled refugees in exchange for bribes. An ugly example of how UN corruption and greed perverts even its humanitarian missions. The culture of corruption at the United Nations means that it is unrecoverable as an organization. The UN has taken on the corrupt character of the worst of its member states and further involvement with it diverts America’s success in missions domestically and abroad — which means further hindering the American economy and struggling to influence free market and foreign policies overseas while regional stability and overall peace efforts are weakened worldwide….
The U.N.’s obsessive war against the free world has become its own war as well. The 65th General Assembly session had 16 resolutions targeting Israel. Burma, Iran and North Korea were hit with one each. The United Nations Relief and Works Agency is dedicated to aiding the Palestinians with half of that money going through the hands of the terror group Hamas.
But whether it’s the UNRWA or WHO or UNESCO, the Human Rights Council or the International Labor Organization, the Commission on the Status of Women or the International Court of Justice; there is only one real item on the agenda: Israel.
The Isaiah Wall opposite the United Nations carries a quote from Isaiah, but a more appropriate quote would be from Ecclesiastes. “That which is crooked cannot be made straight.” The United Nations was crooked from its very beginning. Its spine was bent, its morals were bent and its purpose was bent. The tyrants and terrorists of the world have bent it to their will.
In order to truly understand the ROOTS of the corruption constantly recycled throughout the United Nations of Terror, we must glimpse into past misconceptions and illegal, immoral behavior that has gone on too long and been tolerated by the ranking members of the United Nations, those who have been pulling the strings since the founding of the bizarre organization. We must focus on studying on the rocky foundations, relationships, and broken promises the U.N. set up and carried out in broad daylight, both during and after the years leading up to the reestablishment of the State of Israel in 1948. An investigation into the vague and mostly hurtful responses the U.N. initiated towards Israel being attacked repeatedly in numerous wars is required– those of which Israelis had to act fast, mostly alone, and without ANY help from the U.N. Even on their own, or with the help of American support if available, Israeli DEFENSE wars and state building had to take place before the nation had a sovereign, secure, fair, and democratic governance system, and this was indeed done without any U.N. assistance, in fact it was done with heavy U.N. burden and hindrances that added to the anti peace agenda Israel was trying so hard to fight against.
Finally, let’s look at just some of the abundant evidences which prove the true intentions of the United Nations– evil intentions which were in opposition of peace for Israelis and show the U.N. only had zero desire for justice at all. To start off, we can view the data charts below, and can see clearly the immense hate for Jews the U.N. held from day 1. By simply following the money trails, it becomes apparent that the millions of dollars stolen each year from the U.S. to pay the U.N. has cost American tax payers a fortune, and has simultaneously gone towards the funding of terror and death and anti freedom causes. The U.N. has obviously painted their fiscal portraits, made public, of utterly falsified facts and data– the truths spelled out here, however, will really shed light on how the U.N. has used American values as a platform to fund themselves and terrorists, and even these short findings will show just how realistic it is that this organizations’ actions — since October of 1945– have directly resulted in high death tolls, numerous and various broken treatises, and an infinite supply of anti Semitic lies, anti- peace missions have been committed by U.N. corruption.
Using the slideshow images above to calculate the ACTUAL percentages of survey distributions cited by the United Nations throughout the last decade. One can immediately account for the enormity of disillusionment the U.N. fosters and continues utilizing in ongoing efforts to blind the world through false surveys and blatant lies.
First we can discuss the claim made by many millennials who proclaim themselves Republicans: In contrast to the arguments commonly made by liberals countering Israel’s right to statehood, Americans on the right tend to make the argument revolving around the false and unsubstantiated claims which assume their fears for American tax dollars and foreign aid being wasted on Israel.Most in this category falsely account for the State of Israel’s blame to be shed on the country’s BORROWING of “too much money in foreign American aid.” Of course they forgot to account for the statistics of the world in which you will discover that America sends funds to almost all world nations, even enemies of the state, increasingly each year. Not to mention, since the miracle that was the 2016 election of our current commander in chief, Donald trump has managed to work with Israel in eventual economic sovereignty of the state of Israel to occur over the next few years. This means that since 1948, Israel has managed to eliminate debt to their American allies while growing towards economic dependence and are now beginning to fund world nations themselves, without having to rely on American aid ever again. Today, Israel is a sovereign nation, simultaneous in relieving America of some financial distress and are the second growing leaders of technological advancements to the world. Actually, Israel has also been watching over the United States in terms of carrying the weight shifted by Obama’s failed 8 years which would have resulted in major decline of not only United States, but was a major blow to global progress. Israel continued in research and continue to hold the title of the number one country to contribute strategic considering agricultural growth and trade, weaponry development, advancements in space exoneration while NASA was removed by Obama at the beginning of his first term here in the states. Israel maintained balance of the world’s achievements and growth in all forms during the stagnant 8 years of Obama term. While America’s position eventually declined in all its former glory for the first time, in all areas relating to world globalization, the world allies of America would have been left in the dust if it had not been for the state of Israel’s actions during the time. The eternal U.S. flame was held high by the state of Israel, even if Americans themselves were living in darkness here at home, Israel took major actions towards noble efforts as they saved the expertise learned by their best friends since israel’s reestablishment in 48, the nation was able to uphold fundamental advancements formerly carried out by only the U S of A.. Israel modeled America’s historic strategies for war, law, and peace, this allowed for Israel to carry some of the American burden ignored by the Obama Admin. for almost a decade. Israel made successful strides before, during, and after Obama’s two terms of doom, however, the fact that the small and young state of Israel was able to significantly improve and even upstart new democratic missions shared by the two countries sacred bonds revolving shared values between them, was a noble achievement in itself. Not only did Israel give the world new ideas and gain economic control of themselves and others in the region, they were able to hold down the American fort while Hitler incarnate sat in the white house and steered both citizens of the U.S., as well as institutions, especially the United nations, to frame his anti israel biases and destructive ideas as those of the masses. This was all distorted mostly through the media, another counterpart in the circle of anti freedom fighters that made America fall at record breaking declines. ALL OF which sent shock to America’s former allies, israeli investors, strategic and trade partners, as well as americans themselves. However, Bibi Netanyahu was able to envision truth and harvest light, at least enough for law makers and the israeli government as a whole to see the truths which were blinded during the time and it was truly a blessing Netanyahu was sitting rime minister during America’s darkest hour since the civil war. This allowed for israel and Her citizens to maintain respect for America through and through. One administration shadowed so much truth while mass media gave way for highest divisions here at home and throughout the U.K. and canada, fueling hate and anti semitism disguised by the never ending news and social media highlights falsifying the state of American progress, and in the meantime covering the atrocities commited under obama by the feds during the 8 years he used to kick start the very real on sight of a world war 3 .. even after U.S. former back to back wins in world wars 1 and 2 made it nearly impossible for anyone or nation in this dimension to bring the rise of another world war, the rest of the world and its leaders were set into wartime motion efforts, seeking refuge for future attacks and shelter, while living with the most concerning fears of the era we are living in, terrorist attack after terrorist attack to all regions of the world and here at home, made the chaos all the more real and the fear of innocent civilians all over the world rise along with the anxieties of the neglected American allies as they watch USA transform into thin air or slowly become stacked against the leaders the globe once relied on, can’t imagine the allies feelings of losing their nuclear umbrellas, their safety exposed while the threat of a nuclear holocaust beginning to take form with the holders of the most destructive and dangerous nukes and military weapons being the enemies of the U.S. who were once defenseless and yet held the firearms and manpower to make this nightmare almost tangible to the eyes of the surrounding regions and civilizations whose dictators were gaining more means for destroying America and Israel every day obama sat in the white house. All such distortions were all made evident by the force of the U.N.’s guiding shadows, United Nations set the lights of darkness not quite ready for destruction but growing significantly each year, towards ultimate disaster, and loss of freedom’s virtues were for the first time brought against the lights of hope, the lights using all their extra strength to combat the darkness, burning away the darkness caused the shadows to stay shadows, but as we know from historic events, eternal flames are only eternal if they are able to shine on forever. The chances for these lights to continue burning were shed each day, shining less and less over the years and this was also evident here at home, and all over the globe. At this time, the world’s leading countries grew tired and became misguided and thus were sent even more off track by the obama admin.’s ongoing, hateful attempts to divide and conquer via media outlet resources.
A great miracle however, was to take lead of the downwards course of events; the effects of justice soared steadily throughout the months of the newly elected leaders in America in 2016, and this caused the start of this great miracle.
Thus, before we even realized it ourselves,
Israel watched, alongside the entire world,
as,
A Great Miracle Happened;
Here,
and There.
Thankfully, Israel was able to steer clear of all the lies resulting from the webs entangled within our very own American nation. While fighting for their own freedom, Israel continued to create strides that have led the world towards higher pursuits for peace, resulting in one of the leading reasons america’s advantages was automatically restored, once Obama was out of office that is. Israel now holds the torch in creating their own defenses, in both numbers in army combat as well as military stations and missions to assist impoverished nations all over the world, whether it was through trade of resources or Israel becoming the savior of nations who had been hit hard by natural disasters in need of aid and rescue. Not to mention, Obama era called for zero strategical/ technological advances in regards to medicine and educative efforts for growth.
UN Logic also Singles Israel out as the only country in the ENTIRE world that discriminates against women.
This is mind boggling because when you actually USE logic you’ll discover that there is only one place in the middle east that grants their supreme court to women, the ONLY judiciary system in the middle east in which an Arab woman, male, Jew, Hindu, Ethiopian, Hispanic, Asian, LGBTQ person, etc. may have the right to vote and the right to a fair trial. Only ONE tiny state in the ENTIRE region allows the virtues that come with freedom of speech, right to assembly, equality under the law, etc.
And that place is the State of Israel.

As the Era of Rapid Technological Growth Increases, the free thinkers and fighters of our generation are in Decline. Numbers.

Today’s self proclaimed constitutionalists and “Libertarians” have forgotten the foundational structure in which the core reasoning for an establishment for freedom was ever established, really would love to hear what the modern day BSers who claim the founders did not believe in contributing to the entire world, although the basics of our nation’s founding principles and fundamental values clearly states these basic laws to govern humanity towards freedom, I guess you may assume if you are not too big on thinking, that the meaning of “all men endowed by their creator,” or the many mentions of “All men being created equal,” was only meant to Americans?
This has always been something I have laughed at and in recent months seemed to be more of an issue that has continued to come to light in the narrow world of millennialism and Common Sense not only gives light to this fact over and over and over again, Jefferson too states in the Declaration itself and all other works, quotes that revolve around the true meaning of what it means to be an American:
Thomas Jefferson, the country’s first secretary of state and its third president, characterized the new United States of America as such: “the solitary republic of the world, the only monument of human rights . . . the sole depository of the sacred fire of freedom and self-government, from hence it is to be lighted up in other regions of the earth, if other regions shall ever become susceptible to its benign influence.”
SoI know this is not normal but all things normal have been long lost from academia all the years I have attended college anyway. So, you tell me, Is this normal or is the west headed for decline with the the future leaders of America who have this mindset or who are even further off from what American Independence meant for the world at the time of its arrival?……………….. 😦

This paints a much larger canvass for discussion — for the purpose of effectively understanding these “truths” —
One must to look to another perspective, and perhaps some Insight into the meaning of“The hope” can be restored for the whole world to benefit from.

Today’s self proclaimed constitutionalists and “Libertarians” have forgotten the foundational structure in which the core reasoning for an establishment for freedom was ever established, really would love to hear what the modern day BSers who claim the founders did not believe in contributing to the entire world, although the basics of our nation’s founding principles and fundamental values clearly states these basic laws to govern humanity towards freedom, I guess you may assume if you are not too big on thinking, that the meaning of “all men endowed by their creator,” or the many mentions of “All men being created equal,” was only meant to Americans?

So I know this is not normal but all things normal have been long lost from academia all the years I have attended college anyway. So, you tell me, Is this normal or is the west headed for decline with the the future leaders of America who have this mindset or who are even further off from what American Independence meant for the world at the time of its arrival?………………..

Those who pledge their allegiance to politicians and their politicial parties when we should have the “Common Sense” to RISE above the shallow politics created by a party and thereby — the elitists who’ve drained the general welfare of their own country and neither side of the political spectrum, when it comes to seeking reelection– can override the agendas of their parties to whom they are the mouth pieces and puppets. When a nation puts significance on the agenda of a party system over the principles and resolutions for genuine well being of their districts constituents who also, most likely, and not as if the American people have much of a choice these days, voted for the party and not the candidate. Always results in the same cycle… Congress cannot implement or even attempt to come up with some sort of resolution that will benefit all Americans because the party to which the electorate depends on for their own personal livelihood — to serve first and foremost the party who backs and funds a Republican or Democrat candidates’ elections and therefore the livelihood of themselves is the top priority when it comes down to whom congressional leaders are ACTUALLY serving. Although they sign an oath to serve the people of the U.S. and the Constituion– not one sitting member on either side of the House had made an effort to enact real change for the betterment of mankind because their small outlook on life stems from their short term visions of the future. Politicians cannot see into the long term because the self centered political parties have become so elitist and so radicalized in greed and lies and manipulative opportunistic self goals— the people of the USA come last, the president of the USA must pick up the slack of the dysfunctional regression of a once prosperous independent progressive party system, which has now become so regulated by the governor’s who hold office in each state and to whom belong to the same tribe as that of their counterparts. The governors and their secretaries of state implement many more outrageous and UNCONSTITUTIONAL regulations, left and right, for those who wish to run as an independent like the doctrine of America’s birth intended for our law makers and leaders whom wish to run based on principle and willing to see both sides of the “parties” whose agendas have been fooling or distracting american voters with insignificant social issue reform war in some version or another to deflect and distract the public while they take their time “in and out of session” ironically they give themselves these privileges and thensome after already being on paid absence from their sworn duties— pretty much since the day they are elected and take oath until the day they “announce retirement” because they can no longer win their next elections in the districts of the peoples whom have left them in office for over 20 years for some nobody youve ever heard.of congress people… That is until they announce they won’t run for re-election with some pathetic excuse for the sake of keeping their legacies alive and significant — as if anyone has ever heard of them before t their final announcement spun to protect the image of the party and of themselves.. This problem has become such a large problem I am wondering why I cannot do something about it myself at this point in time…. Ill leave it at that. For now.
Each year it gets worse and much more difficult for independents to run because of all the road block legislation purposefully put into effect via secretary of state aka kings and queens in chain of command manipulating the system under the noses of citizens and registered voters to force the politics of the party elections onto a new candidate with the same no-view-no-moral-no-common-sense-mentality that their predecessors had and then win with the millions backs by their party contributions and then the repeat of the cycle in which the new puppet takes the same old oath that means absolutely nothing to them nor the ones who swear them in…. And each term our nation becomes a little less sovereign and a little more in debt. THE ISSUES OF THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA SHOULD ALWAYS COME FIRST. Serving in Congress was intended for the purpose of serving the world ane G-d and your sisters and brerherin across the oceans and exploring the lengths at which technological advancement and space exploration and all possibilities which are endless in our modern 21st century. One day, the gloriousness that is the eternal light within ourselves will inspire few warriors and true patriots of this country left to rise up to unite and revolutionize a complete reform in both the House and the Senate. And then onto the promotion of world cooperatives for peace and nation building can commence efficiently and route for trade and expansion of a freer global market can become the focus of mankind again. America was born into the position and responsibilities that come with being the leaders of a global enterprise. Thus, with faith beyond belief, undying trust in our one Universal Creator, with individuals whom are ready to lead our neighbors across the seas into their own eras of empowerment, we must first expose and fix the broken party system that the U.S. citizens of America desperately need for the sake of posterity and economic prosperity, etc. On the other hand, the opposing position of the party who continue collecting revenue via taxation without representation and whom are so comfortable earning billions off U.S. elections because they no longer see past their own greed, yet disguise their intentions with promises of social reform and said philosophical ressonings which work to get them elected but are never acted upon nor attempted because the elitists running the parties and the candidates they choose have a great system going for them. Which is why both sides of the House parties are desperate to hide the true colors via straight B.S. theyre rehearsed to speak about by the party who uses each issue and stance they’ve kept for the purpose of maintaining their voter base. And they know exactly which issues to dig into the ground come election season— the same issues that appeal to the voters every cycle— the candidates themselves do not care either way, their focus is to keep the party that monetizes their clown show debates and elections do all their corruption through their electors so they don’t even feel the need to think for themselves. — thereby eliminating innovation completely in an ever changing Heraclean world we live in today.

America’s national morals written into law, aka the Constitution of the U.S., must work to coincide with an effective foreign policy procedure that takes real and forceful strides towards maximizing peace, minimizing politics and the politicians short term goals, for our domestic & foreign service to do the job intended – to work in the long term — here at home and abroad. Thus, our currents must shift with the new tides and new moons. In order to implement national strategies such as defense, security, and energy policies, I examine each route and venue and potential problem to secure the most efficient resulting strategic agenda proven by history and careful study of our natural time. To flow smoothly upstream with the rapids raging against us—or in the face of adversaries—enemy threats should not occur at all, and allies should feel our friendship and security under our American umbrella each time they wake and go to sleep. In other words, with our world’s everchanging atmospheres, I have learned how to competently aim to engage resourcefulness, activate innovative foreign, economic, and public policies and effective strategies for state to state cooperation as well as with our alliances over seas. Furthermore, in order for individual businesses to trade and grow amongst their competitors and partners— cooperative efforts for a mutually beneficial, symbiotic relationship must be restructered and reformed to come to the most beneficial solutions to the problems facing the citizens of America today. Therefore, ordinances which grow and strengthen for all partners involved. My passions certainly stimulate my ambitions for foreign service goals on a widened scale on the global arena. In fact, my focus and knowledge and extensive education/study of political science in general, stems from my dream to revolutionize a world in which peace is more than just an agenda. A world where REAL light, REAL E nergy, may shine unto the M ass-es, in the darkest black-hole-corners of the world. Therefore, I am alive at this moment only to take the measures necessary to strengthen America’s foundation and principles — but I will do so by transforming local, state, and foreign policies for the purpose of adjusting to the way posterity is blooming, so our future direction is upwards as a more prosperous planet. Not to mention, to boost millennials’ self-esteem, and outlook in general, it seems necessary that change must happen in the realms of foreign affairs, a realm which is too often ignored and taken for granted by my generation. Imagine a world in which millennials took the time to look past their own tv screens, and instead dive into the truths surrounding their financial and physical security, which starts with a glance across the ocean, and the next, from sea to shining sea, and so on. Perhaps my counterparts could benefit from reading what I have to say, it is worth the struggle and frustration on my part, just to have an open minded reader who questions themselves for once, esp. when it comes to how knowledgeable they truly are about the world, not merely philosophically or in an academia-taught sense, but how much one knows of genuine history, it takes years to research and grow these virtues on your own, you must care enough to have the will to follow through with investigating the historic accuracy of Earth and space and above all—G-d— and all that which inhabits us. It is up to we, the people, however, to hold and keep a piece of this dream, to make it happen, and I intend to. My original ideas are always presented on the page, my words never cease to reflect a creative approach to any discourse or analysis –yet– are always guaranteed to be backed by evidence beyond the scope of what will probably never know. Yet, these peoples are still today, free and seemingly silenced in our society and others around the world who live by the jealous, biased media, yes self proclaimed “Jewish” media and all their anti Semitic politicians in congress and all of their terrorist buddies funding their purely evil, dangerously wicked, conniving scheme, known as the BDS movement.
The State of Israel, in the fierce battle for global harmony, must defend themselves from 5 border nations waging war on their innocent civilians each day. It is no wonder that they don’t have time to deal with, you know, the bullies who trash them with fake news all day long. It is mighty easy to degrade, demote, water down, completely vilify a civilization who again, doesn’t have the time nor capacity, with being on the other side of the planet, to defend their character or policies which can be easily researched in their doctrines btw. As a region surrounded by war and tyrants seeking to destroy the flames of liberty and influencing the masses by mandating morning prayers which infamously call for the death of Israel and America — as they recite these chants and force their civilians to comply with their agenda, punishment of course being most severe, (beheading or whatever they’re in the mood for that day), please, just YouTube the very words in the chant, they record this distorted vision of humanity’s natural “pride and joy.’ But I digress— Point here was going to be: These men, women, and children chant these evil and violent verses as a daily ritual– and treat these vicious death wishes with as much respect as we do our national anthem.
I am proud, if you have not yet noticed (; — to stand with Israel, my Heart, my home away from home, my eternal salvation, my miracle. Israel is the world’s miracle. And the United States took precedence in this trend set.. As the world’s first miracle nation, born out of an unheard of revolution until their founding points in time– or a revolution won by the people, for the people, of the people– a truly just revolution favoring its citizens instead of its elite leaders. Israeli and Texas Independence are close second and thirds when it comes to the top ground breakers in history, who forced freedom upon the Earth when the Earth knew nothing of free markets and who’d been accustomed to the theories of necessary enslavement and controlled business ventures, and all 3 of whom continue thriving in doing so. To this day, America, The former Sovereign Republic of Texas, and The Zionist State of Yisrael — have chosen to fight the battles of injustice with their lives always on the line. Without skipping a beat, and even as the bloodshed continues in regions surrounding all nations to date, America and Israel utilize their military for the good of the world, by participating in releases of hostage situations globally, and leading the way in partnering up in the rise against all tyranny — the odds have been ever in the favor of the most dedicated to keeping their faith on high for centuries– that of which brought about these miracles also brought forth the salvation of scattered peoples, and thus the bringing together of tribes to form civilized cultures with shared values at different points in time has proven over and over — to be the key that mankind has been searching for since men and women hunted beasts for food and were hunted by their own kind if the rations of the hunt were scarce in season– living in caves for shelter, not yet having discovered how to simply light a fire. That fire has transformed into an eternal flame called justice, which will never be blown out by the winds of war nor government uprisings. Common sense tells us why all of this, well, just is……
Finally, the shared values between Americans and the tiny, barely 7-decade-old, parliamentary democracy, global power State of Israel, run deep. Both work their a***** off in grace and fairness and strength — to pursue real-working solutions– for their own careers and families — by promoting their shared freedoms towards an economically stable country that can shield others in need of the shield of David or Lady Liberty. A freer market and an overall freer global arena is a reward worthy enough of the price and struggles it comes with. Don’t you think? Yes, admittedly— Israel– our partners in promoting peace, our brothers in the IDF — who go in peace – and defend their country with their lives—FOR PEACE. Israelis, who seek equality under the law and diversity in the work place, who lead the movements for social justice but fiercely condemn justice for socialism. The contributions Israel has given humanity have mounted since its rebirth over the years, the characteristics and skills of typical Israelis would “shock” the followers of AOC for sure— although the rest of the fraud squad know good and well how fairly Israel treats its peoples and their neighbors, and every human as a matter of fact, however, anti Semitism is a rampant disease, and these women have no shame when it comes to provoking their inner jealousies and hatreds against Israel. Winners with dignity and resilience have come too far for the sore losers in congress— and the fact that the Jewish People are for the first time independent and strong and can defend themselves and their loved ones in the promised land for the first time in 2500 plus years – is just another reason the world will continue the age old pattern: Slaughter Jews, redeem poor Jews, hate the Jews for being self sufficient and successful— call for the end of Judaism as a whole, to wipe out the only Homeland for the Jewish people, to kill them all for good. Fortunately, history and G-d have shown that goodness really does prevail over evil, with faith beyond belief and the will to overcome times of strife in grace and walk towards Hashem’s rays in prayer and gratitude no matter how many years you have been enslaved. We will always be redeemed. There is no question, I have faith in my peoples, the true Jews in Israel left in the world, even if they reside in my other home so far from me at the moment, the true Jews, not the Jews whom claim to be a Jew, just as a snail claims to be of snail origin, even when their shell has fallen. A snail is a snail with or without a shell. But if you are not going to be responsible for shielding the blue and white star of David, you do not deserve any armor, for you have given up your sword and your shell has disintegrated with your dignity.
All the while, I dream of outer space and the view of Earth from the moon and the view of the stars from the North pole and with the ability to travel to Mars, humanity, is still good at heart. You have the free will to choose what kind of person you will be, and that is a damn beautiful gift in itself. And amongst all the horror and hate, I still have high faith in my own species, in my Maker, that our collaborative duty as a peoples under G-d, will indeed become indivisible, one day in another life complete. For there is so much beauty in this place, this little glow up snow-ball, spinning in space, all by itself, tilted by a never ending twist of the dreidel, how could we not believe that all this beauty was meant for our eyes to see, and our souls to breath. All alone we will never be, for the ocean tides and clouds and saturn’s rings magnify our little globe, giving all men and women, wings. Closed Borders Promote Peace

To Whomever it May Concern,
To deny another man the freedom that he himself has is to diminish the meaning of what it truly means to be an American & patriot at its core.
Instead of relying on politicians to secure our blessings of freedom, America’s unfulfilled journey towards restoring covenants of old must live on, even if these American duties, both divine and of historic means, are not fully understood by all. Justice is offered by nature’s glorious law(s); in the form of choices and decisions and the will to stand firm in the face of adversity. Should all acquaintance be forgot, focus your inner eye on the grand old flag. The symbol of liberty and peace through strength may never be forgotten if it is bounded into your every day decision making. Justice for all will win so long as the balances which weigh out and redefine the global scale of things serve as a permanent reminder to those who may freely choose to think and give; receiving nature’s gift is easy, and yet so rare in our world and even more difficult is it to maintain and secure. The rekindling of Lady Liberty’s flame takes courage and above all, faith beyond belief. Indifferent to the light of democracy are tyrants and their followers who take nature and natural law for granted. This is a blatant fact, for those who believe a dictator could govern a nation better than a majority elected leader are not followers of the American way towards freedom for all, nor contributors to the universal right to become economically stable and therefore hinder the growth of a global civil society. A freer world market should be the guiding light Americans envision when embarking into strategic cooperation in general, in daily life and in your work endeavors. To be united and free as the wind that blows, natural laws are to be influenced all over, to shine away the darkness in all corners of the Earth. Universal rights can be protected and justified by certain inalienable truths, so long as these truths are proclaimed as the governing laws of the land, of the free of course. Not to mention, natural laws must be protected by those individuals who have the avenues to lead and/or participate in any form of the growing free enterprise system. America and Her guiding lights must work to maintain Her own free society, by striving to fulfill Her duties as a nation of free men and women, to work to redeem all rights thereof for all who will it. The majority of mankind exist under enslavement of some kind. America’s duty to restore human rights unto all nations has only just begun. A victorious revolution for each actor, as well as any nation-state, including that of American foreign policy makers, requires a reconstruction of laws and amendments needed to continue the virtues our forefathers risked their lives and others to this day have died for us to carry out.
The basis of true progress is resulted from the improvement or update of amendments, not legally outlined in the Bill of Rights, Declaration of Independence, nor Constitutional principles, but within the realms of foreign affairs. Amendments thereof are required for the successful revision of all such American policies, and therefore must first and foremost be rededicated to coincide with American traditions, while reminders of the notions of freedom must be simultaneously determined and outlined for the purpose of transforming knowledge into growth. A genuine reevaluation of the whole concept of globalization is necessary by law makers or those who contribute to endeavors politically regarded to the public eye. All such reevaluations must be maintained by certain methods for successful working implementation in order to later become known by lawmakers for citizens to vote on, and if done correctly, all laws to be amended within the realms discussed in the following situational efforts will be agreed on by all sides of beliefs, both political and religious. As a republic, we should be united in what was meant by our ancestors when the origins of our United States heritage were born and written/interpreted into law. All citizens of America, citizens of our ongoing melting ot of immigrants of old and of new, are wired to instinctively follow the guidelines which have been clearly set out for us descendants, because all of us were born with natural law to pursue our greatest amount of happiness. We must strive for the betterment of us and all mankind, to accomplish in today’s modern age, a fruitful and bright future of all of us, that is, justice restored again, one day, for all mankind. Virtuous ordinances and universal laws upon which these structured elements were endowed by our Creator unto us as human beings, must be designed by a working legislature and voted into action by citizens who wish to embrace U.S. ideals in other worldly corners, as American laws were created to do. All truths which are self evident in nature are endowed by our universal Creator, meaning all such ancient laws must be created to fit into the changing of times, for all men and women to carry out in our ever changing lives, world, and endeavors.
As Americans, our duties to create peace throughout all lands is considered a priority, just as our right to vote is to be seen as a privilege and utilized by Americans accordingly. Fact is our American identity calls for similar action to be taken regarding ever changing laws of reformation in American foreign policy to be enclosed at times of need by our national doctrines.
As American citizens, all such duties handed unto us cannot remain unfinished, nor are we allowed to stop half way down the line in humanity’s progress towards peace and prosperity in our life cycles.
On the contrary, these rights are part of what established the guidelines which make up the soul of an American, those of which are obviously threaded into Constitutional principles.
Furthermore, quitting is not in a true American’s blood, dying for what’s right is to be expected in the ongoing pursuit of peace endeavors worldwide.
To share the pillars of freedom which branch from the American tree is to guarantee your own civil rights as a citizen of humanity intertwined for working knowledge to be succumbed by the realization that all human rights should be universal and dedicated to all. Justice is meant to be lived by mankind, this includes those living outside American borders.
Thus, all constitutional rights must be reordered for worldly advances for the promotion of self governed regimes to manifest into the destinies all were born to accomplish.
To assist others in peace pursuits is to abide by our American duties..
Unlocking the doors of freedom for all regions and societies should be our collective aim as a society. To experience this justice is as American in U.S. heritage, as are the privileges to vote in American elections or the rights to fair trials are relevant in American endeavors and are as self evident as any and all American dutiful tasks belonging to all U.S. citizens living freely today.
Among other findings, the examples listed beforehand are standards to which U.S. rights must be lived and guided by for all time, as all were set into existence to be contributed eternally through the ages.
That is, to represent the opportunistic ideals America was founded upon should remain secure to ourselves, in both our hearts as well as our laws, as the leaders of a global enterprise were born to do.
It should be a well known American mission, for we cannot ignore, deny, nor cease these ideas from existence. Until completion of all such endeavors described are set as universal markers towards global standards for all mankind to live virtuously in the free.. New and old ordinances must be written to coincide with the future in mind, and restored by the hands which first brought divinely inspired regimes to life.
Thus, ancient glory must constantly be redefined and refueled by effective globalization efforts, to domino the rest of the world aside from Israel and America, towards efficient treatises of peace and autonomy to begin interacting within the borders of each nation state. For these attributes are crucial to all mankind to abide by, as the natural laws of nature are to be forevermore cherished and felt in ripple effects– these rights must be continuously protected by border control.
To unmask the guises of those who wish to harm freedom, we must redeem the identities of all of us as individuals to reconcile negotiations and strategies for collectively defeating all such enemies of the current and future allies of state democracies..
All nations and citizens of free democracies, both formerly dedicated to constitute peace, as well as those whom will choose to participate in the free market once restructure of their own laws allow in future times, are the main factors for navigating prosperity in theory into real life outcomes.
With faith and law being the seeds which unite humanity’s shared values, or those rights meant to be shared by all of us who live and breathe, the laws of nature stem from the webs entangling this knowledge.
In other words, the laws combining politics and religion can be taken from one famous sentence. “All men are created equal,” because “all are endowed by our Creator.”
The envelopment of the branches of these truths must no longer be meticulous to the status quo. Currently modeled by American enterprises, faith in one Universal God must be secured by law, as tis a birth right for all to own and enjoy, these values have been intertwined into the DNA of humankind since the dawn of time. As an already free society, independent democracies in existence today must work to seek the same end goal, and all whose minds are free from government control may then be able to eventually take measures to cooperate with world leaders in efforts to bring these same lights of freedom to their very own dark corner of the world.
Therefore, the denial of our own rights as citizens of America is an anti American attribute, and thus the decision to shield American rights from all creatures endowed by our universal Creator– simply– ain’t ‘Merican.
As for those who stand united in the American cause, stay in the struggle, victory is on its way thanks to citizens like you.
The future of all of us
is truly

Why Inequality Trumps Equality: In a Nutshell
Equality before the law is essential, in terms of how it is applied to people, and this is enforced more successfully in the United States than most other countries.
However, our inequalities are what make Americans thrive and work so well together. We should embrace these differences– not suppress them. They are the gems which make our country so special and so unique. Not to mention, it’s what makes us sovereign; the shining city on the hill.
Yes, we are all equal under the law– and rightfully so– but our conflicting characteristics, ambitions, goals, dreams, interests, aspirations– our DIVERSITY– is what truly makes this country continue to grow economically and thrive strategically… If we were all equal, we would never have the opportunity to pursue our own version of the American dream, for we wouldn’t have the freedom to do so.
So yes– equality is silly. Makes you wonder why so many ppl our age advocate for this foolishness. I suppose silly people lack the ability to connect these dots that have been right in front of all of us this entire time….?!
Thus, our INEQUALITIES are what drive capitalistic societies into becoming the FAIREST systems of government, in the world.

Today’s self proclaimed constitutionalists and “Libertarians” have forgotten the foundational structure in which the core reasoning for an establishment for freedom was ever established, really would love to hear what the modern day BSers who claim the founders did not believe in contributing to the entire world, although the basics of our nation’s founding principles and fundamental values clearly states these basic laws to govern humanity towards freedom, I guess you may assume if you are not too big on thinking, that the meaning of “all men endowed by their creator,” or the many mentions of “All men being created equal,” was only meant to Americans?
This has always been something I have laughed at and in recent months seemed to be more of an issue that has continued to come to light in the narrow world of millennialism and Common Sense not only gives light to this fact over and over and over again, Jefferson too states in the Declaration itself and all other works, quotes that revolve around the true meaning of what it means to be an American:
Thomas Jefferson, the country’s first secretary of state and its third president, characterized the new United States of America as such: “the solitary republic of the world, the only monument of human rights . . . the sole depository of the sacred fire of freedom and self-government, from hence it is to be lighted up in other regions of the earth, if other regions shall ever become susceptible to its benign influence.”
So I know this is not normal but all things normal have been long lost from academia all the years I have attended college anyway. So, you tell me, Is this normal or is the west headed for decline with the the future leaders of America who have this mindset or who are even further off from what American Independence meant for the world at the time of its arrival?……………….. 😦
To me.
This paints a much larger canvass for discussion — for the purpose of effectively understanding these “truths” —
One must to look to another perspective, and perhaps some Insight into the meaning of“The hope” can be restored for the whole world to benefit from.
To shed light upon a group of words Americans know well — however, to understand the depth of this notion— Reevaluation should be considered at this point in out nations time and age —
In other words, the truth held behind the words themselves considers one to seek further analysis of how such universal rights” were established into law to begin with: One must look into the origins or to the roots of their *liberty tree*

“Conservative Socialism” was a term coined by German Economist F.A. Hayek in the 1930’s to describe the nationalistic movement unprecedentedly taking place under the guise of German pride– that of which led up to the Second World War. Whilst reading his “Road to Serfdom,” the underlying messages behind F.A. Hayek’s ideas is what originally inspired me to form this logical (working) analysis. Hayek’s method so accurately predicted the rise of the Nazi regime that it was almost as if he already lived through the war and traveled back in time to write his predictions. Then again, this genre of quality is what makes the thinkers we remember, remembered. I have not really written much on my blog ever since I accomplished the initial goal I set out to do initially. This goal evolved around the 2016 Presidential Election. Such crucial information was simultaneously being severely hindered from the public during the time. By taking the personal initiatives towards spreading my thorough research & genuine life experiences, I was able to address and debunk all those who formed their opinionated theories on misguided propaganda rather than the truth, (i.e. historical facts or evidence). Hence the title of my blog, the “Concern” part obviously stemmed from the dire lack of political knowledge I commonly witnessed amongst my peers and my professors during my daily life as a college student. Simply put, it is my firm belief that if one hides from the truth, one is essentially hiding from oneself. And honestly, the longer you live this way, the more you discover you are not actually alive. You have several choices when your peer, your elder, or your neighbor comes to you with their own wisdom encompassed for the sole purpose of following their own passions. In the end, it is up to you to decide how much you want to learn, from anything in life; your knowledge is your doing. All of us depend on you if you plan to join us in the future when we are running this country. The following pages are going to revolve around my thoroughly researched opinions built from facts, over how the U.S. ought to conduct its business with foreign allies, foes, and humanity as a whole. As you read, please keep this in mind: It is very common for a carefree individual to hold such deep admiration for oneself in such a way they only care about their own wealth and sustaining it ruthlessly enough, to the point that they don’t care what happens to the middle or lower class. Rather than lacking respect and compassion for those less fortunate, the ones who think we should not follow history’s examples and suggest absurdly unrealistic ideas such as the claim in favor of the U.S. randomly detaching itself in sustaining American efforts from the rest of the world, have zero decency– not for themselves, not for anyone– at all. Not only is this morally irresponsible, it is a tasteless failure for a leader to leave their marked territory and their friends abroad to pursue a plan that has never even been tested, to prove a conspiring point. To idolize the idea that America can live amongst itself and cut off foreign trade or support of any kind has all sorts of implications that will be discussed at length in the following pages. Among other issues, keep in mind that pulling out of the world means loss of control with regards to economic prosperity, maritime forces, as well as mobility in air space. These aspects alone are crucial to the survival and development of American prosperity, not just mankind– who, by the way, we should also be thinking about in every act and policy we plan to pursue. This is simply because enormous responsibility comes with being the leader of a global enterprise.
Furthermore, please read the following PSA in which I took Hayek’s idea of a Conservative Socialist and transformed the systemic circumstances of a modern governing system. By arguing the similar reasoning in Hayak’s points, I paved a guide for one to follow in my logical footsteps towards expressing a whole new argument for a different age and country. Furthermore, I’ve decided to share with you all, my own take and personal my philosophic reasoning which connects Hayek’s theory. By utilizing modern-day arguments originally infused by a high dose of the “Buy American, Hire American” brigade, I plan to elaborate on this subject and completely debunk all other theories from here on out. Hopefully, my supporters and blog followers will find this subject as intriguing as my previous work. Either way– I am grateful for the opportunity to have a platform for you to listen.

Conservative Socialism is a term that could be used to describe the characteristics of those who fill the societal realm of today’s anti-globalists. To begin, I would like to ask this oxymoronic group just one question: Since when do human beings achieve economic prosperity through their nation? Isn’t the reason that America is the youngest yet most successful nation– (esp. economically)– because of individual free trade? Hasn’t the purpose of creating wealth always been up to the individuals who are trading with one another? Ever since this whole new wave of nationalism came about, it has sparked a trend of ignorance– anti-socialists actually agree with everything that socialism stands for without even realizing it. This here is a pretty scary parallel to Nazi Germany or perhaps today’s Venezuela and North Korea.
Think about how scary it would be if we did not allow World trade between America’s farmers, entrepreneurs, car dealers, etc. if you stop to think about it just for a moment, wouldn’t trade within our nation and our nation only give more power to the federal government? Giving up our ability to trade with foreign investors or markets will eventually give rise to the Feds whom will undoubtedly achieve full power over our economic boundaries… Placing restrictions on a concept which has made us the greatest nation in the world– how much sense does this nationalistic approach make to you? If you have a working mind, it should strike you as utter nonsense. Not allowing individuals to trade with whoever they choose is thereby just another form of Tyranny. A guise which restricts us from our well being and prevents us from depicting the natural scope of our own human nature– our own identity. Worse still, giving up this natural human right would prevent one from achieving his or her desires because stealing the free will of a free nation whose foundations birthed the world’s first free market– is ultimately the only end game in the eyes of absolute power. That is, the power stemming from the core elitists who have governed side-by-side the past eight years. You know, those who consistently blame middle-class Americans for their failures, not at all shocking, but ironic, that their schemes have always been aimed against the bourgeoisie yet to their astonishment, fell short. And now they choose to blame this unfinished business on those who put them into power and supported them in the first place. While it would be fair to make the claim that this outcome was a stroke of karma, justice, Kismet, divine will, fate, serendipity, or even sheer dumb luck never is the case for validity in such a circumstance. A leader who ridicules those he was given the honor and privilege to lead is a fallacy no matter how beautiful your most loyal paparazzi paint your picture.
Economic prosperity has been proven to work and continues to work so long as government and politics cease to intervene. Foreign trade has always been on the side of those who wish to trade with one another, giving benefit to the consumer, supplier, as well as their market investors. Why else would someone engage in trading goods if it was not mutually beneficial for both ends? No one is forcing someone to trade globally, they do it for a reason that obviously benefits them. And if it no longer benefits them, they can hop out of the ring at any time and find a better deal with anyone else in the world offering them a better deal. That’s the beauty of a natural economic system. Free flow of goods has nothing to do with policies which can only burden free people’s in the long run. Individuals trading with whoever they can profit most from, that is, without restrictions, regulations or unfair trade deals placed upon the individual should have nothing to do with nations trading with one another. This is how corruption forms, when the state takes it upon themselves to choose what form of trade works best for the majority of its melting pot of diversifying citizens–none of whom are the same– inevitably making the goals and relationships up for individuals as the government so chooses. This is the only realistic outcome that could result when any elite minority in power chooses to restrict anyone from our primal source of freedom.
Bottom line– Once you give a nation the power to Control your trade deals and your free markets, you are giving up your right to choose who you would like to do business with. No nation has the right to choose or decide who you yourself could benefit from. Freedom at its core would be sacrificed for the rest of your endeavors in life. Free trade is genuinely the source of all wealth. And It is no nations job to tell you and each individual from different walks of life how to trade and whom to trade with. Thar is what giving up your freedom looks like. And this is honestly the first permissible step towards a scary path of utter destruction. Not just the nation as a whole, but rather, you are committing aspirational suicide. More significantly, you’re paving the path to your own Self-destruction. Enslavement is the link between today’s Conservative socialists and self-proclaimed socialists. Their plans are one in the same. Nothing but a blueprint is all this hype is about. Propaganda goes both ways in this case– somehow fake news continues to effectively persuade both sides of the political spectrum. Persuading outrageous ideas that will end in both sides destroying themselves. Amazing how loudly and proudly they can manage to promote such irreversible damage. My hope is that they end up realizing this sooner rather than later– before they end up finding themselves living in the third world.
It’s time everyone starts thinking for themselves. After all, America’s most unique creation has always been her ability to surpass any other nation in creative thought. In other words, The underlying values which most contribute to our nation’s unprecedented success have always had its roots in our diversely competent creation of thought. This fuels competition– that of which is needed for anyone to succeed. Without competition, we are lost. Our demise is inevitable if we ever reach this ridiculous nationalistic approach to trade. Boundaries for business have no place in our free world. The second we allow it is the second we give up our natural born rights to life, liberty, property, and the pursuit of happiness.

Former Houston City Council Worker, Karen Ben-Moyal: Research Publication Data, Findings, and Recommendations to Fix Houston’s MBE/WBE Program
The following Excerpt was pulled from former Houston City Council Worker, Karen Ben-Moyal’s Executive Summary incorporated into her Official Research Publication over her data findings and recommendations to fix the City of Houston’s MBE/WBE Program, which was originally created to exclusively grow and promote Houston’s small businesses that are owned and run by minorities and women only. Both the data and the proposal were presented by her former Employer, Houston City Councilman Mike Knox, to the Mayor of Houston, Sylvester Turner, in January of 2017.
“According to the research recently conducted through use of Houston’s Office of Business Opportunities website within the last several months, studies showed that after calling 500 of the 1,929 M/WBE businesses listed on Houston’s OBO website, 1 in every 5 vendors was out of business. Additionally, other statistics acquired on Houston’s MBE/WBE program proved that 1 in every 3 listed OBO vendors were in business, but had not renewed their certification licenses in years. This report presents the findings collected from a number of issues derived from the city of Houston’s OBO program. It then discusses the recommendations for potential improvement and various plans towards success, for both contractors and subcontractors of Houston’s small businesses. These recommendations were based off the City of Chicago’s WBE/MBE Procurement program and website, as well as Chicago’s ordinances which were recently implemented. These recent implementations to Chicago’s OBO program proved to provide ground-breaking tools that not yet been surpassed in revenue and level of overall successes. These include helpful workshops and symposiums, which assist vendors in running their minority and/or women-owned businesses, regular auditing systems, financial reimbursement programs, and graduation programs; which allow subcontractors to quickly graduate and become prime vendors with ease. In sum, this report represents months of research, discussion, analysis, and outreach in further identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, increase accountability, and economize public funds in government procurement. The Office of Business Opportunities’ stated goal is about implementing innovative paths for growth, creating new ways to promote equal and fair opportunity in small businesses, and efficient ordinances introduced and maintained by the city. In order to stimulate efficiency in communication/collaboration, and to expand small-business vendors and jobs, a channel of local government must be willing to provide resources to businesses that currently lack the appropriate amount of courteous guidance, competitiveness, and financial assistance required to succeed in their local communities’ businesses. However, based on the findings from Houston, an apparent lack of coordination among qualified vendors directly impacts the vendor community. Complication and confusion created by varying processes and forms can create barriers to entry and frustration among businesses. This potentially results in a less competitive vendor pool. It also fuels the perception that Houston is a challenging city with which to do business. Contrastingly, one city that seems to have a successful procurement program is the City of Chicago’s M/WBE program. The City of Chicago’s plan highlights recurring opportunities for active vendors to reduce burden and cost through collaboration, joint purchasing, and shared services, as well as enact meaningful reforms. The City of Chicago’s efforts are intended to further current efforts to ensure that their policies and practices support competition, efficiency, transparency, integrity, and uniformity in procurement.”

Modern-Day, or Socialist-Feminism, is Cancer
This undying issue is becoming more and more outrageous– at least within the spectrum of American millennials– I feel it needs to be addressed.
Respectfully, I have just one basic question for you Self-proclaimed feminists: Why can’t women celebrate the magic only we can perform and that men can’t? Instead of striving to be like men, why not embrace our gender’s unique abilities?
– Ex. The ability to create human life is the single most miraculous process performed in this universe. So much so that it is truly beyond human comprehension. Yet, this formula is only endowed upon one gender. In fact, it is impossible for men to ever experience growing another life form, developing it for 9 months, and then producing the end result by escorting it out of ones own body. The miracle of life is just one example.
Ladies! Please Realize that WE have the upper hand. Why not utilize our unique abilities instead of wasting them by whining or longing for the opportunity to have what men possess and that women allegedly don’t. *We all know we’ve got equal rights here in America. In fact, our country was the first to address this issue & revolutionize an entire movement out of it. America’s women’s rights movement even paved the path toward the adoption of women’s rights worldwide. In case you haven’t heard the memo, we succeeded. Equal opportunity in the USA prevailed. Just sayin, I believe these inexplicable wonders that WOMEN possess and MEN cannot ever experience–should be celebrated– not stomped on.
Embracing your badass magical powers > Pretending to fight for rights we already have.

In his address, Kennedy was exposing the multimillion dollar news outlet corporations who are currently waging a war on the Trump Administration today, and who in turn, have essentially become the most dangerous threats to the national security of the American people. Kennedy addresses this issue in stating the claim that, “If the press is awaiting a declaration of war before it imposes the self-discipline of combat conditions, then I can only say that no war has ever imposed a greater threat to our security. If you are awaiting a finding of ‘clear and present danger,’ then I can only say that the danger has never been more clear and its presence has never been more imminent. . . .” In other words, how could the public interest be of any concern to those who stand to gain such benefits and symbiotic relationships with their fellow elite? So long as they stay in power, they have the tools to manipulate, sabotage, corrupt, and even destroy a nation—literally.
The truth of the matter is, our nation’s national security is not at the heart of the concerns of those who seek to reap the benefits of their own ratings and monetary gains. Common sense and foreign analysis prove that America’s implementation of deterrence to deter nuclear threat and to secure the protection of our nation and its allies, is in no way a threat to the American people, nor is it a threat to any other countries abroad. In sum, the underlying issues with such propaganda continue to be hidden by the entities lurking about the fake news media, the only difference is that our generation cannot take a moment to glance up from their screens and see the world for how it really is– not how it is depicted in cyber space. Although, if you won’t trust any politician, perhaps you will listen to a guy we can all agree with. “Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.” The real world is an enlightening endeavor. The 21st century can either make or break you. Your potential to explore the gloriousness of its vastness lies in actual space, not cyber space. Ferris knows it, Kennedy knew it, Trump knows it, I know it, and you could know it too. Just look up.

Introduction
The purpose of the 10th Amendment has been a controversial issue since the founding of America’s constitution. Of all the foundations implemented into the Bill of Rights and the Constitution since America’s founding, the issues which continue to surround the Tenth Amendment have stemmed from the conflicting interpretations of both the court and politicians at different points in time. In fact, they remain at the heart of the most controversial debates to date. Furthermore, the tenth amendment, which states, “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people,”[1] is meant to protect each of these powers from both entities. Those powers not delegated are reserved. It says nothing about whether delegated powers are to be broadly or strictly construed. In retrospect, the most significant differences in constitutional law are a direct result of the U.S. Supreme Court’s revival of federalism as a constraint on federal power. The federalism decisions, which will be discussed in detail, are the product of the Rehnquist Court. With a majority comprised of five conservative SCOTUS justices under the leadership of William Rehnquist who were all deeply committed to protecting state rights from federal government invasion. Justices Scalia, Kennedy, Thomas, and O’Connor, were responsible for introducing the concept of “New Federalism,” which virtually affected every area of U.S law, both civil and criminal, which ultimately changed the course of history and the future of the Supreme Court. The Court’s rulings are also pledged with restoring what the founders had in mind when they composed the tenth amendment. Among them, to restore dual sovereignty between government entities, establish an effective and fair system of centralized power, and overall, protecting the virtues that come with the promise of individual liberty. Thus, the goal of this report is to address and evaluate past Supreme court cases and specific provisions that were both relevant to the reconstruction of the Tenth Amendment as a limit on the powers of Congress, and were resolved by the Rehnquist Court. It will also provide an analysis to express the data and briefings which are fundamental to each court case, and thus significant to the evolution of constitutional law. Another area that requires further analyzation concerns the doctrine of sovereign immunity. Therefore, an analysis over the significant role that the Rehnquist Court played in the expansion of sovereign immunity is essential to understanding this part of the discussion.
The Transformation of the Tenth Amendment Over Time
Throughout the course of American history, the Supreme Court has transitioned between two very different forms of federalism. The details of these changes in interpretation throughout American history are worth noting. The first involves a somewhat nationalist view, or the belief that the tenth amendment is not a separate constraint on Congress, and that it is only a reminder that Congress may only legislate if it has authority under the Constitution. The second pertains to the “federalist” approach, or the conviction that the tenth amendment protects state sovereignty from federal intrusion. In America’s first century of existence, the Court took the former approach. In the court case, Gibbons v. Ogden[2], for example, Chief Justice John Marshall rejected the perception that the scope of Congress’s powers had any limits under the Tenth Amendment because he held the strong belief that any exercise of constitutional enumerated authority was granted by the constitution unto congress to serve the purpose of expanding scope of Congress’s Commerce Clause. This vision last until 1890’s until 1937 when the Supreme Court shifted to the latter approach. During this time period, the Court placed great emphasis on the Tenth Amendment, redefining it as a limit on congressional power. An example of this was represented in the court case, Hammer v. Dagenhart,[3] when Congress passed a law forbidding the shipment of good in interstate commerce if those goods were manufactured by any form of child labor. The Supreme Court held that it violated the Tenth Amendment. From the late 1930s until the early 1990s, constitutional clauses related to federalism were greatly discounted due to the massive expansion of federal power enacted under Franklin D. Roosevelt and his “New Deal” Congress. Under the leadership of the late Chief Justice William Rehnquist, however, the meaning of the Tenth Amendment utterly transformed the way the Courts view the idea of federalism, creating a new form of this concept called “New Federalism.” Further, the decisions made by the Rehnquist Court involving the Tenth Amendment not only strengthened the bond that coincide between two different entities of government, it also reinvigorated the concept of Federalism by achieving an even greater endeavor. It defied the majoritarian opinion of the elitists, essentially giving back what was lost by the states throughout time and history, gaining back the power to govern on their own terms. Thus, this was a victory for both the states and the people. Public trust in the government has since increased because the people being governed are lacking in fear of tyrannical overthrow by the national government. As for the states, they were given back the powers by which they were originally intended to receive. Three sets of doctrines were at the heart of some of the major decisions held by the Rehnquist Court. Taken all together, these three manifestations of constitutional law epitomize a Revolutionary departure from court decisions in prior years. The following manifestations by the Rehnquist Court include themes which represent the court’s devotion to the preserving of states’ rights and importance of state autonomy: 1. Significant limitations placed on the scope of Congressional power under the Commerce Clause and under Section 5 of the Fourteenth Amendment. 2. The revival of the Tenth Amendment as a limit on federal power. 3. Finally, the court’s expansion of the sovereign immunity doctrine.
Limiting the Scope of the Commerce Power
Over the years, the Rehnquist Court handed down a succession of decisions which drew stable boundaries between the powers of the national and state governments. In turn, the court was able to effectively keep tight rein on congressional power under the interstate commerce clause.
Gregory v. Ashcroft
Gregory v. Ashcroft,[4] was a case in which four Missouri state court judges challenged the provisions of the Missouri Constitution located in Article V, 26, which ensured a mandatory retirement age of 70 for most state judges. The court was then compelled to consider whether or not the mandatory retirement provision violates the federal Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”)[5]. The Missouri judges further argued that the mandatory retirement provision violated the equal protection clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. This case was significant because of the fact that it signified one of the first indications of the resurrection of the Tenth Amendment. Another noteworthy point the Court added to its decision in this case stressed the importance of autonomous state governments.
United States v. Lopez
The court case, United States v. Lopez,[6] is considered one of the most important Supreme Court decisions that limited the power of Congress under the commerce clause. With respect to the defense of states’ rights, this case set a paramount precedent for the court’s future. A 12th grade student brought a gun to school. The student was caught, charged, and convicted under the Gun Free School Zones Act of 1990, which stated that possession of a firearm within 1000 feet of a school zone is considered a federal crime. In court, the defendant argued that the act was an unconstitutional act of the Commerce Clause which exceeded the scope of Congress’s powers. Moreover, in U.S. v. Lopez, the Court expanded upon the theoretical reasoning previously applied to the case of Gregory v. Ashcroft. Moreover, it concocted a rule of disposition which limited the scope of Congress’s commerce power for the very first time since the New Deal. Justice Rehnquist delivered the opinion for the court’s decision by retracing fundamental principles. In his ruling, Rehnquist quoted James Madison’s vindication located within the Federalist Papers, he stated that “The powers delegated by the proposed Constitution to the federal government are few and defined. Those which are to remain in the State governments are numerous and indefinite. This constitutionally mandated division of authority was adopted by the Framers to ensure protection of our fundamental liberties.”[7] Thus, the court held that, “Congress can regulate under the commerce clause only in three circumstances: 1) the channels of interstate commerce; 2) the instrumentalities of interstate commerce and persons or things in interstate commerce; and 3) activities that have a substantial effect on interstate commerce. The Court found that the federal law prohibiting guns near schools met none of these requirements and thus was unconstitutional.”[8] The same logic was applied to the Violence Against Women Act of 1994, (in the case of United States v. Morrison[9]), which Congress authorized under the pretense of the Commerce Act.
Cases such as Lopez and Morrison open the door to constitutional challenges to countless federal laws, especially those that regulate non-economic activities.
Narrowing the Scope of Congress’s Powers: Section Five of the Fourteenth Amendment
Another significant source of congressional power worth noting is section 5 of the Fourteenth Amendment, the Equal Protection and Due Process Clause, in particular. It establishes that Congress has the power to enforce its provisions. However, this power was significantly restricted in 1997, in the decision of a case called City of Boerne v. Flores[10] in which the Court ruled that Congress may not use its Section 5 powers for the expansion of the scope of rights or implement new ones.
City of Boerne v. Flores
In City of Boerne v. Flores, the Court declared the Religious Freedom Restoration Act unconstitutional because it sought to enhance protection of the free exercise of religion. The Court argued that the expansion of the scope of rights made it impermissible for the court’s authority to determine the content of religious freedoms. There is an issue here. The dramatic new limit on federal powers puts the constitutionality of many federal civil rights laws in doubt. Another problem that this ruling created was that it (almost) seems as if this case was the precursor to states’ rights beginning to infringe upon the powers of the federal government. You start to see drastic changes and major complications in later Supreme Court decisions. A major change in the way the court approaches future cases dealing with state governments and their newfound ability to avoid being sued, by almost any means by the national government, become apparent in later years. You begin to notice a pattern in cases such as Kimel v. Florida Board of Regents,[11] when the Court decided that state governments may not be sued for violating the Age Discrimination in Employment Act. Decisions such as these set the precedent that state governments cannot be sued when they violate federal law. The crucial question persists: Is this an instance in which the Rehnquist Court went too far in extending the power of the states?
Revival of the Tenth Amendment as a Limit on Congressional Power
Another aspect of the Rehnquist Court’s federalism revival has been its use of the Tenth Amendment as a limit on federal power. During this time, the Supreme Court held that the Tenth Amendment reserves a zone of activities for exclusive state control. Rehnquist’s first major triumph came in the 1976 case of National League of Cities v. Usery[12], which established a limit on the powers of Congress to interfere with such “traditional governmental functions.” Additionally, the Tenth Amendment also prevents the congress interference of certain (state) law making processes. In the next two decisions discussed, the Rehnquist Court revived the Tenth Amendment as a constraint on Congress’s authority.
New York v. United States
For the first time since the overruled case, National League of Cities[13], the decision held in New York v. United States[14], the Court invalidated a federal law as violating the Tenth Amendment. Moreover, the court held that, “While Congress can encourage states to dispose of waste, they do not have the authority to compel them to do so.”[15] In New York v. United States, a federal law deemed the Low-Level Radioactive Waste Policy Amendments Act,[16] required states to provide for the safe disposal of radioactive wastes generated within their borders. The act also provided monetary incentives for states to comply with the law and allowed states to impose a surcharge on radioactive wastes received from other states. Moreover, the act protected the claim that if states did not properly dispose of any wastes within their borders by January 1, 1996, they would essentially “take title,” or in essence take responsibility for all damages, thereby inserting them the obligation to become accountable for any future damages that may or may not occur, both indirectly or directly. Nonetheless, by a 6-3 margin, the Rehnquist Court held that the “take title” provision of the law unconstitutional because Congress imposing either option on the states would be considered impermissible and strictly off limits under the constitution. The Court contested this argument by which the defense stated, “that it was ‘clear’ because of the Tenth Amendment, that ‘the Federal Government may not compel the States to enact or administer a federal regulatory program.”[17]
Printz v. United States
Several years later, in Printz v. United State[18]s, the Court applied and extended New York v. United States. The significance of this case was that it further extended the limits on congressional power to use state officers directly. Moreover, Printz involved a more controversial challenge to the federal Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act, which required that the “chief law enforcement officer” of each local jurisdiction conduct background checks before issuing permits for firearms.[19] The Court concluded that Congress violated the Tenth Amendment by compelling states to implement federal mandates. This case was also significant because the majority opinion contained the revival of the term, “dual sovereignty,” [20] which was redeemed by Justice Scalia in order to explain the structure of American government.
The Expansion of Sovereign Immunity
Another indispensable change in the law from the Rehnquist Court has been the Supreme Court’s significant expansion and rejuvenation within the scope of the doctrine of state sovereign immunity from civil suits under the Eleventh Amendment.
Alden v. Maine
In Alden v. Maine[21], probation officers in the state of Maine sought compensation for their hours of overtime work. They argued overtime pay was required under the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938. The act permits state employees to sue in trials held by their own state courts. However, a Maine trial court dismissed their assertions on the grounds that sovereign immunity exists in this case. The Supreme Court later affirmed the decision and held that because of state sovereign immunity, a state government cannot be sued in state court without the consent of the state, even if the basis is off a federal claim. After a 5-4 decision, Justice Kennedy expressly defended sovereign immunity based on this assumption. Thus, the following explains the reasoning behind the court’s decision. Delivered by Kennedy for the majority opinion:
“The constitutional privilege of a State to assert its sovereign immunity in its own courts does not confer upon the State a concomitant right to disregard the Constitution or valid federal
law. The States and their officers are bound by obligations imposed
by the Constitution and by federal statutes that comport with the
constitutional design. We are unwilling to assume the States will
refuse to honor the Constitution or obey the binding laws of the
United States. The good faith of the States thus provides an
important assurance that “[t]his Constitution, and the Laws of the
United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof … shall be
the supreme Law of the Land.” U.S. Const., Art. VI. (103)”[22]
In other words, the court held that the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act violates Maine’s sovereign immunity guaranteed under the Eleventh Amendment. Although this logic does not stem directly from a literal translation of the Eleventh Amendment, the grounds for this decision are well within the Constitutional structure that promotes the argument for a view of federalism that does not violate the common law principle that, “a sovereign may not be sued without its consent.”[23]
Gonzales v. Raich
Finally, in Gonzales v. Raich,[24] both principles of state sovereignty and of enumerated powers were ultimately tested in the court of law. At the time, California was one of nine states that legalized medical marijuana. Despite this fact, federal agents confiscated medicinal weed plants from the property of a California resident under the Compassionate Use Act.[25] Even if you don’t agree with Rehnquist’s opinion here, and as far as significance goes, this case was the one in which William Rehnquist’s no-nonsense character really made an impact on the perception of the chief justice. In Gonzales v. Raich, Rehnquist made a legend out of himself, for he was one of only three justices who were willing to stand up and defend his faithfulness and devotion for states’ rights, (even though the opinion went against the majority of the court). It is even likely that his decision in this case was highly unpopular among the majority of the people living in the United States of America at the time. The chief joined the dissenting opinion written by Justice Sandra Day O’Connor, which in reality, consisted of the most basic logical principles. They rebutted the claim that Congress cannot just decide to transform the noncommercial possession of homegrown marijuana, on the basis of nothing, not in the abstract nor the law, in attempts to classify it within the same category as “interstate commerce.” Finally, the court concluded that, “Congress has the power to prohibit the local cultivation and use of marijuana under the power of the commerce clause.”[26] Justices O’Connor, Rehnquist, and Thomas made five or six valid arguments when they dissented this decision. Among them, is that the decision would allow Congress to regulate intrastate activity without audits, so long as there is some indication of a legislative pattern, and if it appears that the regulating of intrastate activity is consistent with the interstate regulatory scheme. The last argument we shall discuss is notable because it uses the substantiated basis for stare decisis. The dissenting opinion addressed the inconsistencies that come to light when comparing this Gonzales v. Raich with Lopez. The Court said Lopez’s regulations were not commercial and that Congress should have just said that the crime was “transfer or possession of a firearm,” thus including some commercial activity and making it constitutional. However, this was not the case. Furthermore, The Court also warned that this was clear sign of possible federal tyranny in the distant or not so distant future. The dissenters suggested that if the Court always succumbs to Congress in this way, enumerated powers may eventually lose their substance and thus render the risk of total government takeover on the national scale.
Conclusion:
Throughout America’s history, the Tenth Amendment has had an ever-changing effect on the way American citizens view their government. In contrast, it has also had a substantial effect on the way the government governs their people, and the ways they are allowed to govern their people. Furthermore, this research paper sought to examine the nature of this transition, and dissect preceding Supreme Court cases and decisions in which the court had previously invoked the Tenth Amendment. While there were negative connotations involved in the process, the benefits of this cultivation probably outweighed the bad things. The trust of the public is essential in effectively governing a Republic, and it would be scarce if Congress alone decided the boundaries on how to police the limits of its own power, especially because of the serious concerns held by the majority being governed. Further, the idea of “New Federalism” is not only beneficial to the order of American Constitutionalism, it creates a huge benefactor to both the people, and their government, because of the inevitable doubts that arise from the dangers of excessive control by the federal government. Thus, national powers are implicated by the specific issues that the Supreme Court’s federalism cases address. Whatever the perspective, it is generally agreeable that the Tenth Amendment coexists in our Constitution with some of the most important clauses ever enforced. These provisions are what make up the foundation of our nation’s unique constitution. Taking the position of safeguarding and reestablishing foundational principles that had been lost in history. These include the advancement of the concept of equality, the establishment of an effective line between the separation of powers, and overall, the court’s accomplishments in the narrowing of the scope by which congressional authority has the right to rule over the states.

I wonder: if the men who fought and died for our country in order to establish America as the shining city on the hill could see what the Democrats are doing to her now, would they consider America “lovely?”
Hell, we can’t even keep an eye on Old Glory anymore. All aquaintance is most certainly forgotten, yet, we refuse to honor our word and show respect when OUR flag is waved.
We demand equality, yet violently protest at presidential campaign rallies and spit on one another for having opposing views.
….because this is apparently who we are as a people now.
It is of critical importance that We, the people, begin to come to terms with this notion of reality, a concept that requires honest admittance to one self that we, you and I, are born of human descent, and therefore encompass all that is possible through human nature. Human nature is a given, something we are born with. Something that all men, from here to Tim Buck Two, are born with. Moreover, we must admit to ourselves that being human comes with the prospects that give us natural rights. These rights were inscribed into the American constitution so that we may never forget them. Now, it is high time we actively enact our duties as Americans, by keeping sacred, the rights to live and to prosper, or to not. The choice is up to you.
And that is a beautiful thing.
We must unite to fight for our rights, (to party.. ha ha).
…Seriously though, as free Americans, we must ensure that the USA-born traditions that come with freedom and all that it ensues, are strong enough to last for generations to come. With this being an election year, the importance of a strong republican group on campus is vital to promote the core principles of the United States. Our commitment TO building an America, where freedom, opportunity, prosperity and civil society flourish, is being swept under the rug of the 21st century, and being outrageously taken for granted. As individuals in a representative democracy, the biggest weapon we have is our right to vote. The power to vote is both a sacred form of democracy, and a privilege. We, the People, should always honor this duty. We should exercise this freedom in respect for the men and women that sacrificed their lives, and for the future well-being of our nation in general. However, an overwhelming amount of young voters aged 18-24, have chosen not to vote in recent decades. The youth vote has the potential to drive the presidential election this year. However, voting in the 21st century “is more like a trend” on college campuses. I feel like if you don’t know much about politics, don’t vote. Younger people don’t, because it’s not so much part of the culture anymore, they do not feel as though it is their duty as American citizens. This country cannot take another presidency focused on extreme liberal ideology. Students, by a wide margin, support Bernie Sanders. We must shift this tide of socialism being viewed as “cool.” Many conservatives are falling back into their liberal roots and the liberal trap of self-righteousness in their anger over Trump’s victory. They would rather go down in defeat than support anything less than perfection. Thinking you can make this a perfect world is what immature liberals believe. However, the Republicans are in part to blame for letting this foolishness, their delusions are assisting the left in furthering the suicide of our nation.
Self-righteous hypocrisy is a trait of the Left. When you are following the evil you say you oppose you may want to re-examine your priorities.

We must finally connect the dots that have been right in front of us the entire time. We need to do what is right for us and our posterity; this requires critical thinking and logic. Question everything and believe nothing. Not until you, yourself, have looked up the facts that you may not even want to know. Do it. It is your children’s freedom and livelihoods at stake. Moreover, it is important that we truly question our basic beliefs once and for all, we must end this period of being hindered by what I like to refer to as this nation’s “fantastic shadow.”
If you want a revolution, you have to vote for it. Not just every four years. Not just for cool candidates. Not just for political outsiders unsullied by the soot of experience.
I am here to unveil a curtain, to unmask the demons in disguise who wish to control us, and ultimately, to focus on transforming the status quo.
Like it or not, we now have a presumptive Republican nominee for President. We have to get over these crazy divisions. It is time for us to all realize that the American dream is hanging in the balance. We don’t have time for petty differences within the GOP party. Democrats win because of their greater drive for victory and superior ground strategy, but we are the wealth creators in this country. It is our wealth they want to take. The Democrats are playing to win; we are playing as if it’s for the fun of the game. We have been fighting in one corner of the battlefield and they have been doing the long march through the institutions of our culture. We can change that this year. We must.
Everyone knows the five stages of grief: denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance. Regarding the insurgent candidacy of Donald Trump for the Republican presidential nomination, it looks like we’re somewhere between four and five now:
The attack on Trump is already underway: Americans of both party affiliations continue to unleash their fury on Trump, calling him a racist and trying to link him to the KKK—you know, the organization that required you to be a Democrat before you joined?!?
– While the anti-Trump groups have outlined a state-by-state bid to deprive him of the 1,237 delegates he needs to secure the Republican nomination and to force a contested convention in Cleveland — what would be the GOP’s first since 1976 — there’s growing worry that such an event could be traumatic for the party. Trump has said there could be “riots” if he’s denied the nomination — and while many Republicans, including Kasich, have condemned those remarks as inciting violence, many also fear the consequences if he is right. Folks, the way to beat Trump is, was, and always has been, to beat Trump. A euchred convention at this point would be a very, very bad idea. You’re too late, suck it up and get with the program.
→ Some are lying to themselves, some are seeking out their own self-righteousness, and some are truly blinded and remain ignorant towards reality. It can happen to anyone – brainwash tactics are constantly being spewed in our daily lives. Most of us do not realize it.. WHICH is precisely why I am here. Open your eyes America- today’s blatantly biased media and education system- which is, by the way, funded and owned by the government in power, share a symbiotic relationship with one another. Each of these major outlets continues to collect their own personal gains right in front of us. They are making a mockery of the citizens of this great nation; reaping the benefits for our suffrage in return.
My goal in writing this, was to argue and defend the reasons to vote Republican in this next presidential election. The reasons that one should not simply “stay home” and/or whine about Donald Trump being the “least conservative” candidate will contribute greatly to my argument. I contest that the best chance this country has, requires every Republican voter to suck it up; and to UNITE.. To stand up against the face of evil by coming together and raising awareness… Together, we may strive for the common good, and in this case, work towards what should be EVERYONE’s end goal– in defeating Hillary. Once again, I declare that it is of the utmost importance– that the GOP not give in to the forces that continue strengthening the pressures dividing us. Those same forces have already caused the largest division America has seen since the Civil rights movements were enacted, **(those of which were invoked by REPUBLICANS and passed through REPUBLICAN legislation).*** The conquering and dividing of a nation by one political party, has caused the facts to not only become misconstrued, but have once again, successfully caused the distortion of facts that remain hidden behind the curtain of the Democratic Party. They had a very good reason to do so, and had a very easy time doing it. IT is simple: After discovering that most Americans do not tend to question their trusted government, for it is the only government written of the people, for the people, and by the people. Many ignorant Americans have become all too comfortable being born into this era of ease, the era of the Millennial. This way of thinking is actually what has caused our demise, and has indirectly assisted with helping evil prosper, and unintentionally allowing the “Regressives” to continue covering their tracks, to this day. They’ve certainly done a number on this nation, from slavery to enslavement, how far will we Conservatives let this go? IT is WAY past time for us to step in and finally do something about this negligence, this neglect being thwarted upon the innocent citizens of America, time and time again. Let us repeal and banish the evil doings that have been done unto the ones that continue being fooled. Let us do so by lifting the veil, and by exposing once and for all, the true colors of the Democrat regime. Whilst taking a stand and voting against the criminals that still remain at large, let us liberate the eyes and hearts of our fellow Americans, once again. With the most sincere intentions, I will now share with you all, the discoveries made by a curious prelaw student/ congressional intern, the following evidence and sources incorporated into the piece were stumbled upon through both privileged access to records, and through having simply inquired questions via google search. America has always been a melting pot. We are a nation founded by people from all over the world who came here seeking a better life for themselves and their families. So why is immigration such a hot-button issue? To be sure, it has often been steeped in bitter controversy at various points throughout our history. Certain ethnic groups have bravely borne the brunt of suspicion and hostility — and proven their ability to become good, patriotic Americans. But today, the issue seems to have taken on a harder edge. Why?
I will argue the obvious, yet almost always over looked hoax, to ever be told in the history of the world. The greatest fairy tale passed down through the ages, the most significant lie fed to a trusting culture over and over again, whose lies are buried deep within deranged misconceptions that remain uncovered. The truth is blamed on the opposition, a rival so to speak. It is hindered well by a people, a mindset, and a political party, in order to cover the tracks of their evil intentions and doings. Whilst bringing forth tall tales of deception, these clever Stalins and Hitlers continue to subtly mold into the unquestioning minds of Americans living in the past, present, and in the probable future, a distortion which is their reality. After much heavy research, I wish to bring all of the findings collected: the misconstrued evidence I have come to stumble upon, the documents hidden beneath a distorted history, the happenings behind the closed doors shall now be revealed in my arguments, built with facts. I contest that this twisted trick has been pushed so thoroughly upon the masses through all of our major outlet sources, which are all, by the way, involved in the hoax; it is the biggest scandal known to man, and sadly, is what has caused many to fall short of their desired reality. For decades the American Progressive Left has used the academic tool of “Deconstruction” to implement false narratives through contradicting claims revolving around the false messages which suggest Utopian standards be incorporated into U.S. laws to resolve burdens set by America’s democratic governing system. In reality, such lies are disguised as political claims to enslave society and are being used as a sledge hammer utilized by U.S. Propaganda to bludgeon nearly every institution, icon, history and narrative of the United States. They’ve been very successful, convincing many that America is the cause of suffering around the world, and that America’s capitalist wealth is stolen from native peoples everywhere
America has been good for immigrants, and immigrants have been good for America. Our nation’s principles and its system of equal justice and economic freedom invite all those seeking opportunity and the blessings of liberty. The immigrants that come to America have always played an important role in our history-strengthening our social capital, deepening our national patriotism, and expanding our general economy.
Over the past several decades, however, immigration policy has become confused and unfocused to the point that there is widespread and deepening concern that our current policies regarding immigration are not working. Poorly designed policies and weak enforcement of immigration laws have led to disturbing vulnerabilities in our security. Millions of illegal immigrants in our country believe the core principle of the rule of law and belittle the legal naturalization process. Continued large-scale immigration without effective assimilation threatens social cohesion and America’s civic culture and common identity.
As many of us now know, four years ago, we tried to blow the whistle on Obama and expose a side of him that people didn’t know. He wasn’t just an amateur, someone who didn’t know what was going on. He actually wanted to see a shrinking of American prosperity and power. And I was not mistaken in my personal predictions about Obama. And here we are. Knocking on socialism’s door. And I think the Obama described by many hardworking, honest Americans, including myself, is what the Obama admin. has turned out to be. Because there’s a whole narrative here, the Democratic Party is the party of the little guy. It’s the party of progress. It’s the party of abolitionism and equal rights and equal opportunity and women.
However, if you stop to take a look at American history, you will soon discover the true intentions of the Democratic party. It seems that these Dems buried their truths, and not very long after their crimes against humanity were about to be put to light, they decided to stoop to shockingly low ends in avoiding persecution. Their response to being caught is quite mind boggling, terrifying, and embarrassingly obvious. SO OBVIOUS, EVEN I admittedly questioned myself and wondered how I could not have questioned this sooner. The answers I found have led me to conclude a that this concept, this history, this eye opening event may be the most over looked, ever, to date.
And the damage it would have on the democrats and the party they embrace so loudly, would be everlasting, and permanent, if exposed.
A secret so well kept, it is not just buried in the media, it’s buried in academia. Our professors, and our broadcasters promote a kind of false narrative out there. Constant lies are being spread through America’s major outlets- to the people, for the people, and by the people. And that’s all young people are exposed to.
I am here to bring this secret to light. For the people, and for the sake of our beautiful nation. People are gullible, typical Americans living in the 21st century don’t understand what they’re dealing with. They have no idea.
Furthermore, I am going to tell a new story about the party system in America. I wish to bring to light what your professors and teachers are trying so hard to hinder you from. A rebirth of the true, documented events that happened the Civil War. People think the Civil War was a war simply between the North and the South. And the South was the pro-slavery side. The North was the antislavery side.
But the northern Democrats, led by Stephen Douglas were defenders of slavery. This lie of an unsupported, surprisingly unquestioned tale the democrats continue to feed American citizens. It amazes me how this “BIG SWITCH” lie, is rarely questioned. Just by looking back at the facts of history, you see right away, that this war was not so much a North/South divide, it was a divide between the Republican and the Democratic Party.
And the Democratic Party, both in the north and in the south, staunchly defended and sought to protect slavery. Now, of course, part of the narrative we often deal with is something along the lines of, “Oh, yes, that’s how things used to be. But we Democrats got really enlightened, and we got really smart. And now we’re the good guys. And all the Dixiecrats and all the old slavery and segregation guys became Republicans.” That is part of the official narrative. The one that has been molded into young America, and really, the majority of Americans today. I believe that not only is it my moral duty, but it is crucial to the survival of the West, that I officially speak out to lift the misconstrued veils that are currently in place, working to complete the mission of the liberal agenda. In particular, it needs to be addressed and put to light before the next presidential election.

And I think Americans don’t realize that for the last 65 years, they’ve been living in a privileged position, in which American prosperity, American power, the American passport is better than anybody else’s passport. The primary characteristics of the great American narrative—individual liberty, personal responsibility, respect for private property, and the desire to “avoid entangling alliances”—have long served as the glue that binds the nation together, but a new ethic of entitlement, dependence, collective responsibility, and a desire to export democracy through a variety of means—to include force—is replacing that narrative. In the slow turn from American exceptionalism and the great American narrative toward the victim narrative, domestic and foreign affairs have suffered greatly. With the United States facing long-term challenges in economic and foreign affairs that are certain to prove difficult to solve, it is finally time to reject the worldview that has led to the nation’s current condition.
The way we were
In order to escape their truly a wretched pas, modern Democrats have adopted as an article of faith the bedtime story that, thanks to Tricky Dick Nixon’s “southern strategy,” the racists who had been the backbone of their party for the better part of a century suddenly switched to the GOP –some time around 1968, with the happy result that now all the racists are on the right. Ladies and Gents, A mysterious SWITCH: Simultaneously creating instant virtuousness and a clean slate, for Democrats, and only DEMOCRATS.
It’s a lie, of course. But don’t take it from me, take it from noted National review writer, Kevin Williamson, who addressed this issue brilliantly last year:
“Worse than the myth and the cliché is the outright lie, the utter fabrication with malice aforethought, and my nominee for the worst of them is the popular but indefensible belief that the two major U.S. political parties somehow “switched places” vis-à-vis protecting the rights of black Americans, a development believed to be roughly concurrent with the passage of the 1964 Civil Rights Act and the rise of Richard Nixon. That Republicans have let Democrats get away with this mountebankery is a symptom of their political fecklessness, and in letting them get away with it the GOP has allowed itself to be cut off rhetorically from a pantheon of Republican political heroes, from Abraham Lincoln and Frederick Douglass to Susan B. Anthony, who represent an expression of conservative ideals as true and relevant today as it was in the 19th century. Perhaps even worse, the Democrats have been allowed to rhetorically bury their Bull Connors, their longstanding affiliation with the Ku Klux Klan, and their pitiless opposition to practically every major piece of civil-rights legislation for a century.”
As Kevin goes on to point out:
“If the parties had in some meaningful way flipped on civil rights, one would expect that to show up in the electoral results in the years following the Democrats’ 1964 about-face on the issue. Nothing of the sort happened: Of the 21 Democratic senators who opposed the 1964 act, only one would ever change parties. Nor did the segregationist constituencies that elected these Democrats throw them out in favor of Republicans: The remaining 20 continued to be elected as Democrats or were replaced by Democrats. It was, on average, nearly a quarter of a century before those seats went Republican. If southern rednecks ditched the Democrats because of a civil-rights law passed in 1964, it is strange that they waited until the late 1980s and early 1990s to do so.”
And yet this myth persists — in fact, it’s just about the only response today’s Democrats have to their own sordid history: pinning it on the other guy. It makes them profoundly uncomfortable that among the 21 who voted against the Civil Rights Act of 1964 can be found Albert Arnold Gore, Sr., the founder of the Hillbilly Dynasty; Robert “KKK” Byrd, the Conscience of the Senate; and Sleepin’ Sam Ervin of Watergate fame.
Just for laughs, let’s take a look at the electoral maps for 1968 (Nixon-Humphrey), 1972 (Nixon-McGovern), 1976 (Carter-Ford), and 1992 (Clinton-Bush) to see how the South voted.
First, 1968, as the Vietnam War approached its high-water mark and the antiwar movement was starting to roll:
1968: still semi-solid
Nixon picked up some of the states of the Old Confederacy, largely because of their pro-military tradition and support for the war. “Wallace,” for those of you born yesterday, was Democrat George Wallace, a rabid segregationist who founded the American Independent Party and ran for president on its ticket. He won 13 percent of the popular vote, and carried five states in the Deep South for a total of 46 electoral votes.
Four years later, Nixon faced the first modern Democratic Party presidential candidate, George McGovern, who ran on a “Come Home, America” platform, and on whose campaign many of today’s radicals cut their teeth. Two items of note in the linked video clip: Missouri Senator Tom Eagleton was McGovern’s first running mate, who got dumped by the Compassion Party after it came out that he had been hospitalized for clinical depression and had undergone shock therapy. The other is McGovern’s extensive quote from “This Land is Your Land,” a hit for Peter, Paul and Mary written by the communist fellow-traveler, Woody Guthrie.
1972: the Cod stands alone
Yes, the South voted for the Republican — but so did every other state except for Massachusetts, which was the first indication of just how far gone the Bay State already was.
Four years later, Nixon was in San Clemente in the aftermath of Watergate, and a Southern governor named Jimmy Carter, whose only claim to the White House was that he was not RMN, was running against the Accidental President, Jerry Ford:

Yes, twelve years after the Solid South supposedly flipped to the GOP, here it was, back again, helping to elevate a native son past the Michigander. The two Reagan wipeouts of 1980 and 1984 began the alignment of the South with the GOP — but it was partly reversed by Bill Clinton in 1992:

The Republican ascendancy in Dixie is associated with the rise of the southern middle class, the increasingly trenchant conservative critique of Communism and the welfare state, the Vietnam controversy and the rise of the counterculture, law-and-order concerns rooted in the urban chaos that ran rampant from the late 1960s to the late 1980s, and the incorporation of the radical Left into the Democratic party. Individual events, especially the freak show that was the 1968 Democratic convention, helped solidify conservatives’ affiliation with the Republican party. Democrats might argue that some of these concerns — especially welfare and crime — are “dog whistles” or “code” for race and racism, but this criticism is shallow in light of the evidence and the real saliency of those issues among U.S. voters of all backgrounds and both parties for decades. Indeed, Democrats who argue that the best policies for black Americans are those that are soft on crime and generous with welfare are engaged in much the same sort of cynical racial calculation President Johnson was practicing when he informed skeptical southern governors that his plan for the Great Society was “to have them niggers voting Democratic for the next two hundred years.” Johnson’s crude racism is, happily, largely a relic of the past, but his strategy endures.
To be thorough, let us conclude with the beginning of the end for the democratic party. According to Alexander Hamilton’s personal diaries and letters, one can make the assumption that the ways of the liberal party date back to the early years of America’s founding. Shortly after the Constitutional Convention in 1787, Washington would bid his farewell to the country, stepping down as president; Hamilton would run for the presidency; and Burr would form a unified resistance against Alexander Hamilton and his followers; this promoted the movement of the anti-federalists who would later protest against federalists that believed in the reestablishment of a monarchy and total government rule.
Those who subscribed to Hamilton’s vision of a strong federal government had long been known as Federalists; anti-Federalists who organized in opposition to them chose to call themselves Republicans, a sly insinuation that Federalists were wealthy aristocrats who were secretly conspiring to convert the new republic into a monarchy.

Conservatism is literally a formula for prosperity, and for natural virtue. I genuinely believe that this particular party, in all its eternal glory, was truly constructed in a universal manner, of harmonious patriotism and freedom. We still hold these truths, or what I like to refer to as, ingredients, to be self-evident. These “ingredients,” were the basis in establishing equality and justice for all, and later cooked up as this unique “recipe,” that would serve the centuries to come. Once complete, the great men who founded our nation served it on a concrete platter, as a constitution for governing the New World. The true seal of divinity, or “Novus Ordo Seclorum,” is stamped on the currency that would forever change the way mankind viewed human nature. Defined in English, the phrase, “A New Order of the Ages,” is sealed as a permanent reminder to the world, and to all Americans, that we must not forget the European Refugees that willingly chose to set this nation up for automatic success.
To adapt to American principles, is to adapt to man’s truest state in nature.
The invention of wealth creation, diminishment of class systems and monarchs, and even, democracy as a whole, are just a few of the concepts that the almighty West introduced to the world.
Liberalism is categorized by both liberals, and conservatives, as being a philosophy for a type of government. However, I believe, it is fundamentally important we acknowledge, the genuine meaning of Conservatism, at its core. Notice that conservative principles differ from those of the liberal perspective, for one (main) reason. Conservatism is an exceptional concept, because unlike liberalism, conservatism teaches the philosophies for life.
Confucius once said,
“To put the world in order, we must first put the nation in order; to put the nation in order, we must put the family in order; to put the family in order. We must cultivate our personal life; and to cultivate our personal life, we must first set our hearts right.”
Relative to Confucius, it is apparent that the formerly oppressed, Jefferson, Franklin, Adams, Washington, and Paine, had their hearts set on our success. But not just their own success. The success of you and me. The triumph of We, the People. They did so by redefining the values and universal rights of man, in order to set up a system of principles that ultimately allow us to experience their virtuous doings, first hand. We must cherish and value these freedoms, in order to continue living in the spirit of what it truly means to be an American. By securing the blessings of life, liberty, and prosperity, for all Americans, the founding brothers did indeed put the “world,” in order.
Just what is it about leftists and their failed attempts at a made up “moral code” that compels them to advocate for Socialism? In their holier-than-thou condescending style, leftists and liberals love to dictate to people about what is and isn’t moral as if their ideology is the perfect truth which all should follow. Their default position is Socialist and liberal beliefs are more enlightened and therefore, they are automatically morally superior to everyone else. Socialists and Liberals will be shocked and offended should anyone dare to question their perfect truth and will become outraged, angry and even violent should dissenters refuse to be brow-beaten into believing Socialist dogma.
Filled with what can be described as a fantasy-driven misguided hubris at best, the left has no problem in demonizing anyone who dares to oppose them. Their nasty little tactic is to portray opponents as immoral. As haters. As intolerant bigots. As unbalanced individuals who are filled with prejudice and irrational fear: Homophobes, Xenophobes, and the quite frankly absurd Islamophobe. Socialists will also twist and distort reality by smearing opponents as “far right” Fascists or Nazis. And let’s not forget their favorite Orwellian hate crime of all, the modern day heresy of racism.
What’s quite astonishing is how anyone from the left is regarded as moral and actually taken seriously. It’s as if the minds of the masses have been wiped clean of the diabolical nature and the murderous history of Socialism in the same way Hilary Clinton’s private email server has allegedly been wiped clean of incriminating emails.
CAN LIBERALS WISH SOCIALIST UTOPIA INTO EXISTENCE?

If someone just 20 years ago had said, for starters, that we’d someday elect an anti-American president who would intentionally flood our borders with millions of illegal immigrants and Islamist “refugees,” that we’d soon celebrate as “heroic” a former Olympic champion for mutilating his body and pretending to be a woman, that we’d have five extremist lawyers on the Supreme Court unconstitutionally force the radical redefinition of marriage to mollify people with same-sex fetishes – you might call that person crazy.
Well, crazy is the new normal. America has lost its mind. We’ve snapped. Anyone with eyes to see, ears to hear and a brain to think knows it.
But why? How did it happen? What exactly caused America’s moral GPS to send our nation headlong into oncoming traffic?
And can anything be done to fix it?
The wise thinkers of history have always understood that political systems are the products of our conception of truth and justice. Since 1776, we in America have believed that a just political system must be based upon a concept of rights, and government must be enshrined as a protector of those rights. This, as the Declaration of Independence states so eloquently, is the purpose of government.
But unfortunately our modern day rulers in Washington, and the intellectuals who shore them up ideologically, have warped this vision of political philosophy. Government is no longer to be a “protector of rights” to maintain freedom and order. It is now to be a “provider of privileges” to create socio-economic equality.
AMERICA THE BEAUTIFUL HAS BECOME AMERICA THE BIZARRE.
- -> Government openly defies the law, Christians are prosecuted as criminals, children “transition” to the opposite sex, the president supports our enemies—and 130 million Americans depend on mind-altering substances just to get through life.
But this revolution is also causing a fundamental transformation of Americans—in profoundly negative ways.
It’s a cliché that nations and men repeat the same errors. Should all acquaintance be forgot, the locations may change, but the patterns of history remain.
The world is teetering on a new Great Depression. Constitutional democracies are at risk. In the 1930s, there were an estimated two billion people worldwide. Today there are seven billion people in the world; the pressures to feed them and meet their other needs have increased exponentially. It strains relations between nations and within them.
The United States of America, like all nations on this planet, is not perfect. But that does not take away from the fact that it is exceptional and by exceptional I mean that it is, as defined by Webster’s, “a rare instance; unusual; extraordinary.”
Just the fact that the establishment of the country defied the accepted thought of the day, that the common man cannot govern himself, is exceptional. But America’s exceptionalism goes further than that. Building on the values and classical liberal principles that it inherited from England, America not only prospered but it also altered man’s existence.
As constitutional educator and author W. Cleon Skousen would claim in his book The 5000 Year Leap, the United States of America was “a miracle that changed the world.”
The United States of America is a miracle because the world opinion at the time was that it was impossible for the American colonies to victoriously win their independence from Britain. The world had good reason to believe this. Great Britain ruled the most powerful empire in the world, its professional Army was trained and experienced, and at the time no other colony had been able to achieve its freedom. The shock of the American victory at Yorktown is reflected by the song chosen by the British to be played as their troops were surrendering their arms; “A World Upside Down.” Even after gaining its independence, the Founding Fathers had doubts as to whether the new nation and form of government they had created would last. Upon leaving the convention to ratify the Constitution, Benjamin Franklin answered an inquiry as to what type of government they had established by saying, “It is a Republic, if you can keep it.” George Washington scribed that, “At this auspicious period the United States came into existence as a nation, and if their citizens should not be completely free and happy, the fault will be entirely their own.” The United States of America did succeed. Within 200 years it would become the most powerful nation on earth and its form of government would revolutionize the world.
….One of the key elements to America’s success is that it provided a system of governance that unleashed the creativity of man. Combined with free market economics, this created a system that is based on the utmost respect for the human intellect. Based on the classical liberal principle that all men are created equal, the system assumes that all men have the same potential to prosper. Failure to do so comes from one’s own volition not to live up to his full potential. Finally, it recognizes the natural desire of humans to be more than beasts of burden. Those who accept the supremacy of the human mind, the equality of people being created as equals, and the human desire to live an existence beyond that of animals will prosper in the new economic system. Unfortunately, a segment of the population would suffer under the system but it was believed that it would be immoral to sacrifice the willing and able for the sake of the able but unwilling. That it was unjust to chain those who wish to make something of their lives to those who cannot think beyond self-preservation. To accept otherwise would put society on the road back to servitude and slavery. One does not have to look far to find people who have suffered under this system. For many, this is proof that the system is cold and uncaring, designed only to benefit the wealthy. But an objective the look reveals that all of mankind has benefited from this system. It is important to recall that at the time of the establishment of the Jamestown colony in 1607 man was basically living in the same manner as his forefathers. The average colonist still lived in a basic agrarian setting and survived mainly through his physical labors and with the assistance of domesticated animals. As Skousen would note, “The most striking thing about the settlers of Jamestown was startling similarity to the ancient pioneers who built settlements in other parts of the world 5000 years earlier. The whole panorama of Jamestown demonstrated how shockingly little progress had been made by man during all of those fifty centuries.” The modern tale of Thanksgiving demonstrates that the settlers of Jamestown were no more advanced than the natives they considered savages. As a result “most of them died young. Out of approximately 9000 settlers that found their way to old Jamestown, only about 1000 survived.” For the common man, the conditions were not much better in civilized Europe where elites and aristocrats controlled all the wealth in the land. The commoner, if he was lucky, scratched out an existence as a yeoman farmer. But in most cases he lived as a serf on a nobleman’s estate.
I don’t think the left should be allowed to claim the moral high ground because there’s nothing moral about Socialism. To prove this, here’s just a small sample of what the morally bankrupt left actually stands for along with the abhorrent history of Socialism:
- Karl Marx, the Godfather of the left, was a man who called for classes and races too weak to accept the new conditions of life – that being HIS socialism – to be exterminated. It would be achieved by what he called “revolutionary terror”. This terror would be directed at the “bourgeoisie”, the upper and middle classes. Marx’s vision was for a classless, stateless society, where the working class – the proletariat – would control the means of production. Those who dared to oppose this dictatorship of the proletariat would have to “give way” and Marx knew this would lead to the slaughter of millions of people. In other words, opposition to Socialism will not be tolerated, it will be stamped out. How Karl Marx is regarded as a genius philosopher is baffling.
- The Union of Soviet Socialist Republics – The USSR – the world’s first Communist state, was born out of revolutionary terror. Between 1918 and 1991, the Soviet Union slaughtered an estimated SEVENTY MILLION of its own people including starving around seven million people to death in the Ukraine between 1932-34. This happened while Stalin continued to export millions of tons of grain including to his then allies in Nazi Germany. That’s another major aspect of World War Two that’s been conveniently forgotten. Leftists claim Nationalism was the cause of World War Two. They forget the war was started by National Socialist Germany and the USSR who were allies and who both invaded Poland. World War Two was started by SOCIALISM not Nationalism. The invasion of Poland was an act of revolutionary terror to conquer Poland and impose Socialism. Do you doubt this? Look at what happened to Poland AFTER the war was over.
- Marx’s call for revolutionary terror and the diabolical mass murder of people has been committed in other Socialist states most notably, The Peoples’ Republic of China, Vietnam, the killing fields of Cambodia, Cuba,Ethiopia, North Korea and many more including National Socialist Germany. In total, Socialism has slaughtered between 150-200 million people AND COUNTING. Socialist regimes have also imprisoned, tortured and enslaved at least as many in forced labor camps. These atrocities are not a coincidence; the perpetrators know what they’re doing: Obeying Karl Marx. Yet Socialists have the audacity to highlight slavery as an atrocity committed by the right and are demanding all symbols related to the Confederacy to be banned. If they were so offended by slavery, they would be calling for a ban on all symbols related to Socialism. Their lack of self-awareness is staggering and their hypocrisy is nauseating.
- Leftists and Liberals absolutely love to smear opponents as Nazis. In fact, Nazism belongs firmly on the left. Nazism is an abbreviation for National Socialist German Workers Party. The only way Nazism differs to Communism is that it is National Socialism whereas Communism is International Socialism. All of the rest is the same old Socialist dogma – state control of means of production, forcibly imposed collectivism with the individual reduced to a servant of the state and obviously, the Nazis were fiercely anti-capitalism. Whilst he was still a journalist, Adolf Hitler was invited to join the then German Workers Party – the DAP – after giving a beguiling speech on how capitalism could be destroyed. The Nazis also promoted promiscuity, abortion, expanded the welfare state, and Hitler himself was a vegetarian and an environmentalist. The Nazis were pro-gun control and one of the first things they did was to outlaw gun ownership.
Then there’s the mass murder of human beings. The Nazis killed about 21 million people, a bit of an amateur effort compared to the Communist killing machines in the USSR and the Peoples’ Republic of China. It should never ever be forgotten that Nazism is a leftist ideology firmly rooted in Marxism. You cannot understand Communism or Nazism without understanding Marxism. This also applies to Mussolini’s Fascism – Italian National Socialism. Ignorant leftists who accuse others of being “far right” Nazis share the same Socialist beliefs as Stalin, Mao, Mussolini and Hitler. Remind them: Socialism is the progression to the Gulags of the USSR, the Laogais of China and the Konzentrationslagers of Nazi Germany. Odd how all of these brutal Socialist regimes had forced labor camps isn’t it?
- As almost everyone knows, the Nazis were racial supremacists who regarded all non-Germanic, non-Aryan races as inferior. They despised the Roma and the Jews but they also regarded white races such as Slavs and Celts as untermenschen – Sub human.
But where did Adolf Hitler get this hatred from? He didn’t think of it, he was a second-rate intellectual after all. He got it directly from the Godfather of Socialism Karl Marx. The Nazis didn’t call their nefarious aim to make Europe Judenrein “The Holocaust.” They called it “The Final Solution”. The final solution to what? The Jewish Question. Who asked the Jewish question and provided the final solution? Karl Marx.
So, whenever you hear a shrieking progressive bigot screaming “racist”, take the opportunity to remind them that Socialism is a racist ideology right to its very core.
- Racist in the usage as we know it now, is a pejorative Marxist construct, a thought-control weapon designed to silence dissenters and brainwash people into meekly accepting the creeping colonization of their land, the dilution of their culture and the erasing of their identity.
Racism is a weapon of ethnic cleansing and it’s only deployed against one group of people: Western Europeans who are proud of their nations and who wish to preserve their culture and identities. Racism is the Marxist term for tribalism and the word racism has no meaning to the tribal peoples of Africa and South America, the Oriental races of Asia and the Arabic peoples of the Middle East. All of whom, incidentally, must be regarded as racists by Socialists if they apply their dogma evenly. No chance of that though.
This word has been around for over a century and initially it wasn’t pejorative.
It became pejorative thanks to the Marxist revolutionary (there’s that word again) Leon Trotsky, the man who created the Red Army. Trotsky was a firm believer in the application of revolutionary terror and it was he who set up the concentration camps (Gulags), compulsory labor camps and implemented state control of trades unions.
To make Socialism dominant in the USSR and eliminate opposition, Trotsky instigated many brutal practices including summary execution which would be adopted by another Socialist font of humanity, Joseph Stalin. Indeed, Stalin accused Trotsky of betraying the working class and ordered for Trotsky to be summarily executed. After a couple of botched attempts including the murder of Trotsky’s bodyguard, Spanish-born Soviet agent Ramón Mercader killed Trotsky with an ice-pick.
During the mid-twentieth century, Marxist scholars such as Herbert Marcuse realized the working class people of the West had rejected Socialism. To solve this problem, they decided to import people into the West who would become the new oppressed proletariat who would take Socialism forwards. With this evolution, Marxists abandoned the working class people of the West and adopted the causes of minorities – women, homosexuals and especially immigrants. Racist was the Orwellian thought control weapon they used against those who opposed mass immigration. Their plans were boosted by events in South Africa, where the white minority was branded as racists who were cruelly oppressing the black majority through its “racist” system of apartheid.
Since the end of apartheid and the imposition of black Marxist ANC rule, over 3000 Boer famers have been killed by black South Africans. This is genocide of the Boers but unlike the outrage the International community had for apartheid, this genocide is ignored.
This shows is why racism is a racist term itself because it only works one way. The word racist is used by leftists who believe they are white knights protecting ethnic minorities from evil haters. In fact it is a thought control weapon designed to stifle opposition to the spread of Communism – International Socialism – the dismantling of Western capitalist states and the creation of a one world stateless Socialist society. It is a smear to demonize people who are loyal to their nation, its culture and who wish to preserve them for future generations of their people. Smug, self-righteous Socialists who deploy this thought-control weapon are nothing more than subverts who are working to destroy nations. In other words, racism is the weapon of a traitor. And remember: This pejorative word was coined by Leon Trotsky, a Marxist revolutionary who is responsible for the murders of between 2-4 million people.
Far from having the moral high ground, the evidence of Socialism is that it is a violent, supremacist, hate-filled totalitarian ideology. It’s a racist ideology that is destroying Western civilization and it’s way past time for people to stop listening to pious bigoted leftists and to remind them of the abhorrent truth about Socialism and its evil, murderous history.
Though abandoning or altering a number of fundamental worldview assumptions regarding the nature of work and the relationship of the individual to the overall economy, communalist elites are able to manipulate the unsuspecting into viewing the most basic and innocent of activities as acts surpassing the most vile acts of debauchery in terms of overall subsversion.
⊗ Thomas Paine was an England-born political philosopher and writer who helped shape many of the ideas that marked the American Revolution. His extremely popular article “Common Sense,” published as a pamphlet in 1776, was the first to advocate American independence. He was a true patriot.
So why did he say, “The duty of a true patriot is to protect his country from its government?” Because he knew that all governments tend to become despotic if left unchecked. Patriotism is not cheering and supporting whatever the politicians decide.
According to Paine true patriotism is listening critically to what our elected representatives say; challenging them when they are wrong; and supporting them when they are true to the Constitution. If they are chronically wrong and refuse to mend their ways, patriots should vote them out of office. And if they are too dangerous to be allowed to wreak havoc until the next election, patriots should defend their nation by taking stronger steps.
One tool in our arsenal of remedies against despotic government officials which has been used far too infrequently in the past is impeachment. There is not an elected or appointed official who is safe from impeachment – if patriots have the courage to act in defense of their country.
In my lifetime two presidents have been impeached or threatened with impeachment – and a third should have been. If the president can be impeached, why not senators and congressmen? We have too often allowed Congress to censure criminals when they should have been impeached.
And what of the many federal judges who desperately need to be impeached? It’s immaterial that they have lifetime appointments. Article III, Section One of the Constitution states that federal judges are appointed to life terms while serving “during good Behavior.” Although the Constitution does not state expressly that judges can be impeached and removed, they definitely fall within the definition of “Civil Officers.”
Article II, Section 4 says: “The President, Vice President and all Civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.” Federal judges have been impeached and removed from office, but far too few have paid for their crimes in this manner.
